My saving account no. is [protected] with your North-Ex Mall Sector-9, Rohini, Delhi. Yesterday ( 29.04.2020) at 10.05 a.m. I have deposited a cheque of Rs. 10 lakhs into my account, but your branch has not send it for clearing till today. when I got confirmed today i.e. 30.04.2020 thg. whatsApp, the conerned person told that its gone. After this I have received message from Bank that --"INR 1000000 deposited in A/c pm 1st May 20 for chq dep." I again send message that you have deposited the cheque yesterday will send tomorrow why ? Then message received that you came late that's why cheque was not send for clearing. I told them that I was the first customer yesterday at 10.05a.m. and given the cheque to the counter and you chan the camara for the same. They said we have no access of Camara.
what the hell is the service of your branch . One week before I have told that your online services are not working and I am unable to fill & file Form 15 G. Can we submit offline to your branch. they immediately denied.
My balance will come 3 days late to my account and I can, t make FD of the same. Who will bear this 3 days Interest loss. even it is a very small amount. but the services you providing to the customers are very bad. When all other Banks are providing best services in this Lockdown period your Branch is dong nothing, even most of the service staff are sitting without work.
Please do the needful action immediately against the branch and try to fulfill our loss of interest. Awaiting your positive reply at the earliest
