I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 1/12/2019 in electroworld noida sector 18. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have inquired at store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.
I have posted same complaint about a month ago didn't got any response.

      I purchased iphone 11 on 17th december, 2019 under smartbuy offer and according to that offer i should get ₹6000 cashback within 120 days but the cashback hasn’t come yet and i already mailed about this situation to hdfc but nothing has been done on their side. I am very disappointed and i didn’t expect this from hdfc bank. Idk why they offer such deals when they don’t deliver wat they supposed to deliver....

      But same day I didn't any transaction on my debit card or net bankikg

        Hdfc bank has put an hold on my funds on 0 balance salary savings account. I have not been notified anything about the same. Very inconvenient. The hold says mire venue hold on gefu.

              Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. Deducted amount was of ₹590 from my account. This is happening for 2 time in a line, which was 3 days ago.

              The bank people are not responding i have tried calling them regarding this issue.

              It would be helpful if i get my money back asap

                I had purchased an iphone and a smart watch on 1st dec 2019 using hdfc regalia credit card from store and was supposed to receive 10% cashback after 120 days. But the amount has not been credited yet. This is very disappointing service from hdfc. I talked with bank but they are not entertaining on this regard.
                Please help and resolve this issue on high priority.

                        Please be informed, i have been wrongly debited around inr 2400 as mirevenue gefu charges by hdfc bank ltd. Without any information. The reason for deduction has not been mentioned or clarified to me.

                        Please note, this is a salary account & i have never maintained any minimum balance, neither any such condition has been informed to me till date by the bank. I have been maintaining this salary account for almost 10 years now & never been charged anything like this.

                        Now, as it is lockdown situation due to the pandemic, i request hdfc bank ltd. To rectify this asap. I have already raised complaints in their communication channels & grievance redressal two days ago, but they are not responding. This is totally irrelevant & puts me in deep trouble in such lockdown condition.

                        Please help me to get this cruel mistake by hdfc bank ltd. Rectified immediately. My details are as follows:

                            I bought an iphone at an iworld store in malviya nagar delhi and as per the offer i payed using my hdfc debit card in full on 2nd december 2019. I was promised 6000 cashback on the total amount of 69900 i payed for the iphone which was to be credited within 120 days of the the last day of the month that is 31sr december 2019 it's been time i should have received within the stipulated timeline but i haven't received the money in my account the card i used was a rupay debit card. I have attached the receipt along with the complaint please see to that issue which is causing me extremely inconvenient and totally unexpected out of hdfc bank. Please see to it immediately and keep the service standards expected out of the bank.

                              I purchased iphone xr on 24/12/2019 from teleworlds mobiles pvt ltd. Pitampura new delhi 110034. As mentioned by hdfc bank cashback of rs.5000 was promised to be credited in the account of the customer within 120 days from the last date of the transaction month but it is still not credited and the given time is now over. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                      I made an online transaction with my debit card to olymptrade.com on 26 apr 2020 of $10. After a couple of dayson 28.4.2020, i see that the same amount has been deducted again with the narration saying "mctf progue with out cheque/ref. No. I contacted the original beneficiary and they are unaware of any such transaction triggered from their side. I want to understand why this and to want a refund asap. I see this forum has a couple more complaints with the same description and issue as mine. The complaint has been resolved as well. I want an answer immediately.
