Am varsha, an hdfc account holder. Last year i have activated oneassist but i didn't use any of it's benefits nor registered to it's applications but still i have paid around 1900 last year and the customer service member said me i'll get call fa next year if i want to again take this oneassist membership or i can cancel the membership.
This year without any notifications, from my credit card ₹1, 899 have been debited.
Am not interested in this oneassist and i don't want to pay any further amount as am not using oneassist.
Please check and i request to cancel this payment effectively.

Updated by VarshaParamashiva Hi, I hv raised a complaint regarding Oneassist payment on 26th April, and I got calls from the one assist team but till now I haven't got my money back, there's no repayment done to my account.
I have paid my credit bill of 1899 on 3rd of may which was the last due date. But I haven't got my repayment still from ull.
I urge you people to look into it and transfer 1899 ASAP to my account.
Kindly do the needful.

Stock I can see the issue is not resolved yet.
Moreover, additional money has been put on hold. Kindly suggest on this. This is completely not acceptable to do such activities by without any reason.
