    Hi hdfc,

    My bank account : [protected]

    Mirevenue hold through gefu many times amount is deducting from my salary account around 5 to 6k.. These deductions are happening from feb 2020. I inquired in bank, they said first need to clear the due amount then only we got to know. I shocked that how come it is charging like 5 to 6k without knowing bank people...

    I have a personal loan with cashe and not paid emi on due date so they have already charged more penalty charges like 8 to 9k in a month only.

    I need to stop my all payments through ach or ncs or others. Mohana

    Please response as soon as possible.

        I have received the following sms from bank:

        Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to bse limited with value rs. 50000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

        I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screen shot of the sms is attached herewith. I dont want to invest in any in current situation. Please reslove this issue asap and let me know the status.

        I got a msg from HDFC bank(JD-HDFCBK). i usually get my daily blanance or otps from this bank. Its not 10 digits number and i can't call to them. I visit my branch today and they have taken written request in paper. Thanks Suresh

            I had applied for moratorium on 1st april 2020 and my moratorium request was successful but still my emi got deducted from account without any information

            I would need a refund asap as i am unable to reach hdfc customer care

              I purchased iPhone XR from Aptronix, Bangalore (Phoenix Market city, Whitefield) on 27th December, 2019. The offer was a cashback of Rs. 5000 on HDFC credit cards, within 120 days from the date of purchase. Today is 27th April, 2020. Its been more than 120 days, and I have not received the cashback yet.

                  I have bought my iphone xr with hdfc bank credit card on 7/12/2019. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in mobile shopee, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                      My money was deducted today with the sum of 590 twice that is a total of 1180. Without any notifications which are not at all valid.
                      This was known to me when i was going through my bank statement and when i wrote a mail and phone i did not receive anything useful. And automatic mail was generated stating it will take 12-15 days for an official to look into it.
                      What a shame this is.

                        Amount refunded by Amazon Rs 3239.10 not credited to my card. This amount was credited to my credit card No [protected].

                        Refund reference # 045419, this amount was processed by amazon on 4 April 2020, but till date its not processed by hdfc bank.

                        Kindly let me know when the amount would start reflecting in account

                        I tried contacting customer care but was not able to do so because of COVID-19 crisis .

                        I have even sent couple of mails to my HDFC relationship manager, but haven't heard anything on that.

                        It's more than 3weeks and not sure when the amount would be credited back

                        In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ACH(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ACH(s), was not sufficient to cover the ACH(s) received in clearing.

                        Therefore the ACH(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ACH(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable.

                          I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 22/12/2019 in nyasa nashik. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transaction month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in nyasa, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                              I have provided all the possible proof and details of refund still the bank have not credited the amount in my account. Please look into the matter.
                              On 4th april 2020 i received refund of rs. 8170/- in my credit card but the same is not reflecting in my account.
                              Arn number of refund is as follows

                              Acquired reference number: 75503720096039297964215
                              Arn is the proof that payment has been made and it is passed to the bank.

                              Screenshot of transactions are attached as the proof that amount has been reversed but not credited yet.
                              I have been ignored since last 25days, hope to get the status of my refund this time otherwise i will just block my card and shutdown my & my family's account from hdfc bank. If you can not help your customer in this crucial time then what can i expect from you.

                                  I purchased an iphone on 3 rd december, 2019 and was supposed to receive 6000 cashback from the HDFC credit card. The credit card is tagged to the phone number [protected].
                                  However, the cashback hasnt been sent to me as of now and we have already crossed 120 days.

                                    Hi sir-

                                    I had raised a service request to get cheque book from hdfc. Which i did not received yet. Today i can see my account has debited with rs. 156.98/- for cheque. Kindly request to credit the amount asap. This is not acceptable to debit the money without intimating the customers.

                                    Also, suddenly i can see rs. 79.04/- automatically hold by hdfc without any reason. Please action on it.

                                    I still did not get any update on this. Further I can see again rs. 599/- gold by the bank. I am Not sure why it's happening. I don't expect this . Please resolve this ASAP and release my all holded money.

                                    Also, I am not able to make call to customer care. Is there any email id where I can ask this to resolve.
