HDFC Bank — Complain about inter brn cash txn chgs incl gst charge | |
Hi, I have a HDFC bank account since a very long time. While I was filing my return I came across two transactions regarding inter brn cash txn chgs incl gst charge of rs. 442.5 and rs 2212.5. This is my hard earned money, how can you just deduct it? I have my account in Marathalli branch bengaluru, and I withdrew mu own money for another HDFC branch in Kolkata, it was no other bank, so why is this money unnecessarily charged. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 28, 2020 Updated by HiralRiya The complaint has not been resolved, I was asked to provide my net banking ID password, CVV for card on a site I did not trust. It was very ambiguous didn't feel safe so didn't go ahead with it. | |
