My name is H H Kishore Singh . And i am using HDFC Credit card from last two years. I am asking the last four months to convert my outstanding amount to EMI. But there is no response from customer care people. Finally I was blocked by card.

Please cooperate with me and convert my hdfc card outstanding amount to EMI.

    Hi, I am kanak I just have been charged rupees 885 listed as annual fees for debit card.
    I had no information about this when the card was issued. No details of this annual fees given by the bank. It’s a huge amount for me. I want this fees refund and do not want any extra service which requires this huge charge of 885.
    Please refund the fee because there is no any charge mention by bank Or rbi which is 885 rs.

      I am Hanumantharayappa C from Bangalore and I was taken two wheeler loan in Centurion Bank Limited, the loan was closed on 2007, that time I was not closed HP on RC, so now NOC was expired so please let us know how to to get NOC to close the HP.

      Sir/Ma'am with due respect I would like to state that my father recharged a wrong number through payzapp..And he doesn't even remember the number he did which is why I can't contact the person whose number got recharged..and In the transaction slip also it isn't mentioned which number was recharged...I made a recharge of 100 rupees..Please cancel the transaction and refund my money..I'll be very grateful to you..For all the details please email me on this- [protected]@gmail.com ..MY name is Sneha Chaudhary..I will be waiting for your response to this..as soon as I get your response I'll forward you the slip..Thank you In advance.

        I have made HDFC credit card payment on 4th of December through my HDFC account. However, after I made the payment, they have blocked my account for suspicious transaction. I haven't complained of any suspicious transaction to the bank. It was a genuine payment which was made against the credit card. I have been running around the HDFC branch near my house since a week and no response from them and I have raised multiple complaints against the problem no response either from the customer care. I can neither access my net banking nor transact through my account since a week which has made my life miserable. How can I live without my main account without transacting for daily needs. Issue needs to resolved by the Bank as soon as possible.

          I still haven't received the Fastag. I tried calling the customer care and no one is answering it.

            I ordered shoes on tata cliq and returned due to size issue then its been a month and yet i haven't received refund and tata cliq claims that they refunded my money to bank with reference no and no amount is reflecting in my hdfc bank account

              I opened a savings account in August'2020, at Vaishali nagar branch, Jaipur. The employee (Vaibhav Sharma) firstly said that no amount will be charged but Rs 590 were debited from my account. Even then, Mr Vaibhav said that he will initiate the refund but it's been 4 months almost, but he is giving excuses continuously. Now, he has also stopped picking up my phone. This is not fair at all and this type of service is not at all acceptable.

                  I have pay the 10910 Rs bill respectively using my HDFC credit card.
                  After that, I have checked my HDFC credit card account information, I am shocked because HDFC credit card system is converted to EMI with ROI 20 % as an aggregator EMI-OFFUS without inform me.

                  Why HDFC bank is doing this type of hidden cheating with me ?

                  I need my answer as soon as possible.

                    I received an invite for Preferred banking via email, so I thought that might be I'm an valuable customer that's why I received that invitation. I was very excited and curious to know about the Preferred banking.

                    I called up on HDFC customer care to enquire about the Preferred banking program but that agent "ANISHA" was not much about Preferred banking. Inspite of providing me info about Preferred banking she was trying to insisting me to upgrade my credit card.

                    At that time she was very pushy to upgrade my credit card from Business Regalia first to Business Regalia, so I upgraded my credit card over the same call.

                    When I received my upgraded credit card, I got shocked to know that earlier upgradation my Reward Point was 981 and after upgrading my card I got only 189 Reward Point.

                    Again I called up on customer care number and asked them why my points have been deducted, so the agent advised me this is the procedure of credit card upgradation. I informed her that I was not aware about that and agent ANISHA also did not inform me for this.

                    I did so much follow-ups and had word with the SME team also but they told me they are helpless, they can't do anything with rewards points now. Seems that they were not willing to give any positive response on this.

                    Dude why agent ANISHA didn't advised me about the deduction of my Reward Points. It's not my fault, if I was aware about the deduction of Rewards points then, first I would prefer to exhauste my reward points then would have upgraded my credit card.

                    Please look into this matter and do the needful. I need my reward points back, which HDFC looted from me without informing me.

                      Hi,
                      My name is Nabajyoti, I am facing issue to reset my HDFC Netbanking password. I write to HDFC customer care but not getting any resolutions. Hence I am requesting to support me in this issue. I am facing serious trouble as currently I in abroad.

                      Issue: HDFC Netbanking password expire need to reset online.

                      HDFC provide below 2 options to reset netbanking password online.
                      1. OPT in registered mobile + debit card detail.
                      2. OTP in registered mobile + OTP in registered email.

                      I have to use option 2. I am getting OTP in phone but OTP in email never received.

                      I contact customer care in email they replied that my email is configured correctly. So problem is I received all promotional email and my statement in the same email from HDFC but not the OTP.

                      I need help on this issue as I am current in serious trouble and will need to reset password only with this method.

                        HDFC PRUDENCE FUND (DIVIDEND) BALANCE FUND. They lured me in taking most of my retirement investments, promising 1% dividend per month. They paid initially, till Covid started.
                        When market fell during Covid, they cut the dividend by around 40%. Fair enough.
                        Now market has recovered, going beyond the preCovid levels. But dividend remains the same!! THIS IS CHEATING.
                        PLEASE REINSTATE THE DIVIDEND.

                            There was order canceled on 1st dec, The order was placed in Myntra.com
                            It was paid through UPI.
                            The Money was supposed to reflect instantly.
                            I still waited for 10 days .
                            Even now the money isn't reflecting in my account

                              I bought iphone 7 worth 31500 from FUTUREWORLD chennai on 18/06/2020.
                              As per the offer i was supposed to get a cashback of amount 1500 within 120days as i paid the amount using HDFC debit card.

                              Its been more than the given time period and still haven’t received the cashback. Tried contacting the customer support team but unable to reach because limited number of agents available due to lockdown.
                              Look into it, this is very frustrating and not a good customer service.

                                  Hi, I don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with me. Hdfc bank taking my account in minus. This "amb charge incl gst “i don’t know why they are having problem with my account. I am totally fed up with this. account is showing in minus balance of 3777.96 rupees. I have request to close the account on may/20/2020 and before it but bank is not closing the account also. And without sending any message they deduct the amount from my account My customer id is[protected]. Account no. Is [protected].

                                    I want to raise a complaint against Girish Kulkarni contact no [protected].
                                    I received a call from this fellow regarding hdfc Sanchay policy... He called me in morning hours, I asked him to call me after 5pm so that I can get whereabouts of policy. He explained me and consumed more than 30 minutes of mine.I told him I will discuss with family and let him know. He said there is a special offer if I register the policy immediately. I refused to it, he convinced me that he would call back next day to know my decision.. next day he called Nd refused to continue with policy as of now. He started irritating me saying that Mam this is life time policy Nd all. I just said no I don't want policy as of now. He kept convincing me ., Yet I was very patient Nd refused for policy. He than started giving bad words Nd disconnected the call...
                                    This is really worst that hdfc is hiring such arrogant persons.. I already own hdfc term insurance plan Nd mediclaim policy yet a stupid fellow calling up Nd ending a call with bad words is too disturbing... Does HDFC doesn't need customers.. is this the way to behave with public is some one is not accepting policies... I thoroughly want company should take strict action against such useless people .

                                      I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 2585 but once i coudn't maintains balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charge which is around 649. Now, after next month they charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges. If i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges.
