[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Complaint against guaranteed cash back | |||
Respected Sir/Madam This mail is regarding the cash back scheme on purchase of Apple iPhone on march 23 2017 . As mentioned above, I purchased a iPhone 5s with IMEI no:[protected] through my HDFC card no. [protected] and bill code :[protected] from Vijay sales, address: PMT bldg, sadhu vaswani chowk, Pune station RD, Pune. I would like to inform you that the cash back was promised within 90 days and as it's already been 100 days, I am still not credited with the said amount in my account.
