Hello Auto premium loan a/c no 44884290 Ref no. : lrn/05072019/154 Letter dated 05/07/2019 Loan amount : 1406320.44 With reference to the above details, i have received a letter from mr. Amit kumar (Advocate) from hdfc bank that my auto loan is called upon & i have to pay the entire loan amount with interest to bank with in 7 days of receiving this letter other my vehicle will be repossessed by the recovery any time.. I've been paying regularly my loan emi. Only last month in june 3000/ was less which was directed debited from my account & july month is due to be payed.. In spite of requesting every day one collection person is visiting my house for collecting 3000/rs. Yesterday ie 15/07/19 these collection person came with notice from the advocate which is attached below and said that the recovery person will come today or tomorrow to take the vehicle.
