1) the bank has delivered my credit card statements in the hands of a wrong person, and also taken their signature. This has ended up in my financial information falling in the hands of a wrong person, and my private confidential data being compromised bank.
I have evidence of the credit card statements being delivered to a third party, with tis signature which the bank only provided.
2) also, bank charged me interest for non payment despite non delivery of my credit card statement. These are huge charges and they have refused to reverse the same despite being made aware of their failure.
Both these issues were brought to bank notice, but they have not responded to my emails.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
