Dear sir,
This is very rediculous on the part of hdfc fastag deptt, as it is almost 12 days have passed and i am sending email almost every second day for the re issue of the fastag. Till now i have now there is no response from the hdfc fastag deppt that they are working on it or not.

If you can give services to customer why you are working for this and making fool of cusotmers. I really regret that i choose hdfc fastag and neglecting other companies as i thought hdfc service will be good. But i was wrong.

The email fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com is of no use, even the service provider number [protected] is of no use. Nobody is picking up this number.

    I had a salary account before 8 months as i quit the job so i would like to block that account and also i did with the formal procedures for blocking my account. I handovered my passbook, cards everything to them and filled the block request form as well but even now also i am getting notification from the bank so i used my g-pay account to see the balance by restoring it and i was shocked because it showing -2, 190.00 rupees as a negative balance and i tried to contact customer care it is not connecting. Please help me out of this i don't want this any more to happen again.

      I missed my bank welcome kit where in my atm card of hdfc as well as hdfc bank passbook was there and also the guy who came office of concentrix for bank account opening has written my wrong mail id so i am not getting any mail also from hdfc. What i am getting now is only message every month that 600 has been debited as non - maintenance charge from your hdfc bank account every month although i have not got any salary credited in hdfc in concentrix because i left the office 2 day after joining. Now i want to close my account. Why should i pay for the aby charge if i have not used it fir single time. Please close it because even i don't know the hdfc bank account number. My registered phone number with hdfc is [protected]. Please help me out.

        I booked for new aadhar. My turn came after 12 days. On the enrollment day, forms were given randomly with token number. Bank should have maintained token number based on registration number. This created a lot of issue.please take care of citizens.

          1) the bank has delivered my credit card statements in the hands of a wrong person, and also taken their signature. This has ended up in my financial information falling in the hands of a wrong person, and my private confidential data being compromised bank.
          I have evidence of the credit card statements being delivered to a third party, with tis signature which the bank only provided.

          2) also, bank charged me interest for non payment despite non delivery of my credit card statement. These are huge charges and they have refused to reverse the same despite being made aware of their failure.

          Both these issues were brought to bank notice, but they have not responded to my emails.

          I had cancelled a train ticket on 30th june but amount is not credited to my account. However amount has been credited by irctc to bank.

            Worst staff of panchpakhadi thane branch. I think hdfc does not need customer bcz of that they are hiring such a rude and pathetic (Hahare) kind of employees. Worst branch of hdfc.. They use very bad and harsh language and make us feel guilty for opening our account in their bank.. And after filling complaint on their official site against employee they dont even take action.. They literally insult there customer.. Worst worst worst

                Hi, I had a Salary account which has become inactive and they were charging me more than 600 every month and my balance had become -1800 and odd rupees. As per RBI guidelines, banks cannot charge negative balance to their customers. I want to close the account as I am not using it now. Please resolve the issue. I was not informed before, about the charges. I got a message in July about the charges for the month of May. This is not fair I request the bank the waive off the negative balance so that I can close the account.

                  salary account automatically converted into saving account & bank started deduction of non maintenance charges from last 4 year

                  My salary account opens by my company in hdfc bank n after i leave that company for some reason so; after without any intimation bank transfer my accounts from salary to saving with minimum 10000/- rs amount.
                  After that when i getting msg from bank that; you have charged 600/- rs for non maintaining balance in your account.
                  After that 8 visited to my home branch & other hdfc for the same complaint. I also refer them that please...

                    I have an hdfc salary account no. [protected].

                    After leaving my previous job in november 2018, there was no salary credit in that account and now after a few months they have charged me ₹1416 for non maintenance without any warning or intimation.

                    I should have been informed to maintain a minimum balance or close the account atleast.

                    Please close this account and remove the charges which were incurred incorrectly without any prior warning.

                      Dear hdfc,

                      I'm really happy for reversing my minus account to 0.00 on july and i was using this for account for salary but now i get it after my salary got credited on 5th july you normally charged 600 for non maintaince every month but since i started using you stared to recover my old minus account by first charging me 750 for the month of may and then i tried to closed the account but they nearest hdfc branch vasant square mall vasant kunj new delhi charged me 354 to closed my account but they said they can't as i have to closed my hdfc credit card which is linked with my account but i don't use it anymore as i lost it so i blocked the card and then on same day you sent me a text of 600 non maintaince charge for the month of june.
                      So i don't want to use this account anymore so kindly closed my account.

                        I haven't been receiving the otp on my registered mobile number for the past few months. I have tried reaching out the relationship manager, but didnt get any response from him/her. Could you please help to get this resolved on priority. I am unable to access my net-banking because of this otp issue.

                        Without this i cannot make any payments which are must required. Can someone help me with this. I am not getting any bank updates and this is really scary, not sure what is happening with my transactions.

                            I no longer wish to have an account in hdfc bank. I am facing issues reguarding the deduction of money from my account.                               On 8th july 2019, hdfc bank has deducted amb charges without intimating twice for the month of june and may for non-maintainance of minimum balance
                              Despite the strict guidelines, hdfc is taking my money without informing the reason. No one can tolerate such an attitude. They should have at least send me sms regarding non-maintenance of minimum balance.
                              Rbi urges banks to inform their customers about the non-maintenance of minimum balance prior to levy penalty.

                                The number provide by hdfc bank for helping the customer solve problem on call is not working i was trying 7 days alrady and many time attempt but it does not connect i just want to know transaction detail throughh refrence no but not helping by bank it suggest for helpline no [protected] but does't connect bad service by hdfc bank now i just approch on consumer complaint for helping me
                                Daily i was attempt calling ion this no 50 times but it does not coonect why hdfc bank provide good service with quick response calling no i hope this complaint is nhelpful for me...

                                  Purchased a policy on 25th feb 2014, policy no.16667113, but was unable to pay the premium, contacted the bank for refund of amount and was told that the policy has got a lock in period of 5 years, now 5 years are over but still i m not getting my amount back despite of repeated visit to your branch. Your agents just cheat us making false commitments to sell the policies. Kindly look into the matter and make arrengent for the refund of my matured amount in the form of cheque or dd. Or i have to move to the consumer court for the same.

                                    I have applied for cheque book and obviously it will take some time, so i had to perform rtgs urgently for registry of my new plot, and they denied us of loose cheque not because our papers were incomplete but instead i got denied hy "hdfc doesn't issue loose cheques". Seriously? Since when this happened? This is some deep # of hdfc, moreover now i have to pay the extra tax for delay of my registry. Who to blame now? Good work hdfc.

                                    I have applied for a cheque book from the bank and the bank says we will get it in 3-4 days however i need it urgently to sort out the payment of my house. The bank is not issuing the loose cheque. I am really sad such a big bank and does not have an option to help customers with urgent request. If this is not sorted i will loose the house for which i have to make a payment, Can you please help

                                      Hi my account is blocked and when i visited my nearest branch there they said u have to visit home branch which is # far from my home. It will take 3 hours to reach there and i do night shifts i literally don't have time to go thre. Then i tell them j need to close the account they said we can't. It throws some # error while doing that. I need my amount back and i dont what the hell is going on between rbi and hdfc. It seems that hdfc have give away so many accounts to fraudsters as rbi fines them for not following kyc norms. I want my money back and close the account.
