HDFC Bank — Complaint against HDFC Ganeshpur Branch, Roorkee. Needs Immediate Intervention! Urgent! | |||
This is in regards to misbehave with Mr. Bajrang Agarwal (my dad) at HDFC Ganeshpur branch, Roorkee on 13th June' 2015 at 12:28PM. He had visited the branch carrying 1 Lakh rupees to open a saving account in HDFC bank. However security guard did not allow him to enter in the branch saying "Branch is closed and no one is available at this time. Go from here". My dad requested security guard to allow him to speak to manager as that was something important and also not safe as he was carrying 1 Lakh hard cash to which security guard said "Branch Manager only has instructed him not to allow anyone to enter the branch and meet him, no matter what!!!" Even there were branch employees who were seeing all this happening but no one took the action and stopped security guard from miss behaving like this with customer. I would like to file a complaint against Branch Manager, Branch Employees and Security Guard against miss behaving with customers and not providing smooth services to them. Banks are there to ease our life which I believe everyone needs to understand in this branch. Was this information helpful? | |||
