I have foreclose my car loan bearing No.17646963 on dated 23, 03, 2015 but till date i have not received the NOC and other relevant papers which is supposed to be received by 10 days as informed by the executive of Bank. Dear Sir/Mam, I have taken the two wheeler loan of number 28817221 they are debiting the loan amount of rs 1882 on every month of 5th but on this month i.e, Apr 2015 the bank people inform us that they will debeted the loan amount on 7th Apr due to bank holiday. I hav opted for auto pay of hdfc life. As of annual closing n holidays my payment sent on 4/4/15 by hdfc bank. I am HDFC Bank account holder. Most of the time HDFC bank keep deducting small charges without informing but this time they deducted Rs 5000 and additional charges of Rs. 618 for annual locker fee, which is almost 4 times higher than last year. This is really annoying. If HDFC bank can flood our mail box with loan, credit card related promotional mails, then why cant they inform us about revised charges via mail?
