I have opened Demat Account with HDFC Sec. recently. Two days before, when I gave my pass book to print. I noticed that SMS Alert charges has been deducted from my saving bank account. I am not interested to deduct these charges. You are requested to return these charges to my saving bank account with immediate effect. And no deduction should be done without my concern in future. client id no. 51922379, VEENA NANDA A/C NO. 2439122.
HDFC Securities customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
the paid service gets activated only on a/c holders consent...u might have agreed to activate onn...but now if not interested...I suggest you to write to their customer support desk on [protected]@hdfcsec.com or call on[protected] for resolution...

      I have applied for home loan for HDFC under application/File nos[protected]. paid Rs 13+K as processing fee, .however the property had issue i have not go ahead with home loan requested HDFC to return processing fee after deducting any administrative charges. However they are not responding to my mails and they are repaying my processing fee. When i came to know about service issues were customer service are raising just repeated queries during my proposal i have withdraw the proposal with in 2-3 day.             I have recharged my videocon D2H account bearing ID no.73494640 yesterday with my HDFC credit card ending with 9114 for Rs.590. The payment was made and I got a confirmation message in my mobile regarding the same at 20.31.51 on 11.06.2015 that the amount was spent on VIDEOCON63495. But my D2H service is not recharged yet. Please do the needful.

              Respected Sir, This is to inform you that as told by Ms ROOPAM SHARMA (Direct Sales Manager, Janakpuri Branch, Delhi) about the above mentioned plan that the minimum total amount received by me after the maturity of plan will amount to 4 Lakh to 5 lakh. But, as recent as today, I called up your customer care to know my policy details and the sum assured. They told me that out of 3 years since my policy commenced, only the amount of the last two years will be given to me with a deduction of another 50% which means my 1st year amount will give me zero returns. Now, I want to firmly ask you this valid question that why did not your agent Ms Roopam Sharma informed me about this pertinent part of the whole policy. This in accordance with laws turns out to be a case dupe whereby your agent very tacitly tried to deceive me into buying this policy whereby she told me that if i surrender my policy after 3 years, i will be getting the full amount actually assured without any deduction plus bonus. In conclusion, i would kindly request you to take immediate action to restore my amount of 3 years after surrender of policy or a confirmation from your side about the final amount that would be assured to me after 15 years. Failing of which will compel me to lodge a case against you and your agent in IRDA. An immediate reply from your side is what I expect. Thank You & Regards

                For more than one month I have been calling HDFClife about the policy fraud/ cheating. I have written detailed emailed to [protected]@hdfclife.com but everytime I get new complaint ref nos and then no concrete response. I keep calling complaint and grievance dept but nothing has been done so far. I have given request to cancel all my policies but no response so far. Beware!! You will receive a call and they we say that they are from hdfclife and offer you policy with some benefits like free mediclaim policy as they pass on agents comission to you. Once you take policy they call you and say you are entitled for Bonus and they force you get bigger policy and give you business card also of hdfclife Region Manager and promise to give your premium back in 45 days and free insurance after that. The people who are running fraud are Rajeev Agarwal : [protected] Dinesh : +[protected] Neha : [protected] The above people may have cheated many consumers using above modus operandi and hdfclife is not taking any actions against such fraud people.
                HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                So far no positive response received from HDFC Life. I have escalated to the next level.
                I could see so may complaint against HDFC life regarding fraud/ cheating. Most of the people are cheated by bonus stories and all.
                I notice that the person Rajeev Agarwal who cheated me has changed his mobile number to [protected] and continue cheating more.
                In India why cant we have strong law to put all these people involved in fraud/ cheating behind the bars.
                Insurance Companies have - No Ethics and Values
                Daylight robbery going on...

                  Dear Team My self Ramchandra A.Satam Having Account With HDFC Bank Account Number [protected], Is that my salary account open before 3 years back, HDFC Close my account withount intimation and after some days they active my account again, i dont get any updates from bank last so many times.8 th june i saw 396.26 charge two times in a day, when i call customer care they easy to give nonsense clearification that my Quartarly balance charge.but when i ask how to convert my saving they dont have answer, i am using without maintin balance no any charge, and if i think to maintain balance thwy charge me 787 rupees, As per RBI policy Bank want to give all confirmation before deducting any charge, but HDFC Is Third Class bank They Earn So many Income Like that Type of Chit and work So Many Nonsense things always are their, We not getting any benefits then also ready to always charge nothing need any types.I need My Charge Revert that set, Already talk and Give My Complaint To HDFC Bank also send Complaint Abount HDFC Bank For You So Give Me Positive Feedback On your side Thanks & regards Ramchandra Satam [protected]

On 9th May 2015, I had submitted account closing form at HDFC Bank, Branch-Gp 69 Shety Complex, Chinchwad East, Pune - 411019, Sambhaji Nagar Thermax Chowk. But till today they had not closed my account and they had charged me 393.26 INR for non maintenance in May 2015.                           Hi, I have an account in SECTOR 62 NOIDA from HDFC. The account balance is now negative because of not maintenance of Minimum Monthly Average balance Currently I am living in Bangalore near Sarjapur Road and visited the HDFC branch on Sarjapur Road Bellandur Gate. Advisor by name Vadiraj Rao advisised me to payup the negative balance amount before closing the account. I am really surprised. If the account is negative and if I want to close it why should i pay the balance again? Please advice. Regards, Uday

                            I am Rushvi from ahmedabad phonebanking division adfc employee. i had req for on the spot resign (on 4 may 2015) for some family issue bt at dat time i was informed by supervisor ARTI GAJJAR that while serving notice period of one month i vl be geting bonus and previous month incentives(i.e april month) but at last moment they denied to give both d things. Then i met our ADFC HR Mr. Shashi and he also told dat i m eligible for incentives and you will be geting d same for sure. than again next day i talk to our manager Mr. ASHUTOSH SHARMA he said u wont be geting anything and told HR don't have thiz full information so u hav to talk to right person. But as per my knowledge our all problems should be shared with our HR mr. Shashi only but he also don't have any information regarding d same. the reason given to me by manager is as per new PLP incentive structure m not eligible but at the time of training and resign nobody informed me the same so its a one type of fraud and false commitment and make me work for one month extra. and i also confirmed with all other agents and few supervisor also regarding incentive. Even they told i am eligible and i will receive april month incentives. As no one is helping me and also HR is not receiving my phone so now i am going to escalate this matter to PAN India HR Mr. Hemant Revankar. And if i wont be geting any satisfied answer then the last option is to take a help from Media.

                              Worst response in hdfc bank and bankbazaar.com and a executive from bankbazaar. com called and referred me to an HDFC bank executive. That person sent another executive to collect the document (photo and all proofs). They promised me card will be deliver next 5-6 working days but still there is no response from HDFC executive. I called him 7-8 times but till now there is no response from them.This incident cross around 20 working days.

                                I have Bhringal Shrivastava customer ID 35235309 visited the SHIV Nadar University HDFC bank 3 times for change of address, every time staff told for new requirement for address proof, such as BSNL landline bill ont olderthen 3 month, when I have provide the same they told us to provide pan card copy, I also provide then told us to provide copy of aadahr card I have provide copy of E aadhar card, HDFC staff told that these all document will not work. for address change provide pass port copy, I am feeling either they are confused & don't knowledge of work or they not interested to work of account holders of other branches. You are requested pls look in to the matter as I am classic & 5 years old customer of HDFC but staff not attending the customers properly & resolving the concern. Hope you will take necessary action immediately on the concern.

                                  Respected Sir, My name is Shibu, i am one of the hdfc bank credit card customer, i have long dues as per credit card statement i dont know how they done to me. i had paid my all dues, loan and other interest including late fees and still showing me a huge amount pending from me. i have 6lakh credit limit out of i have paid 7.5lakhs including late fees and other charges and bank still charging me extra 7.5lakhs for card. last year i.e. 2014 during april to august i had accident from bike my leg was fracture and i lost my job also but any how i had paid my bills with late and interest fees. now bank is not responding my my emails and they are sending some recovery person. the recovery person's mentally harrasment to my families and always try to fight and using bad language . please help us sir. i told them to settle the account but settle amount is unfair for me they are asking for 5lakhs but i really dont have money now coz i have paid all amount in credit card. i am unable to pay this amounts. i already paid 7.5lakhs, out of 6lakh total credit limit of my card. the bank given me credit card i am not gone to applied. and they didnt teach me the process o[censored]sing the card i though i have credit limit i can use that much amount only so i used that card and paid. some times i paid late so i paid including interest and other charges. Then how bank charge me 250% extra on me this is very complicated for me i am very stress and frusteted in my life i cant have any vision for live now i am very helpless sir. This private banks killing small town peoples.

                                    Hi, My account is in HDFC bank and I had tried to withdraw rs 400 from HDFC ATM located at Naraina Industrial Area on 02-JUN-2015 then I got the message on mobile that 400 rs had been deducted but the money didn't came out of the ATM machine and then again I had tried with another ATM of HDFC there then I got the 400 rs but the amount had been deducted twice from my account but till now didn't refunded. Regarding that I inquired in the HDFC branch at Naraina but they told like after 7 days it will be credited to your account but till now the amount has not been credited in my account number.                                       Dear HDFC, I am Naveen Krishna, having an account number of [protected] at Alwal branch. It is bringing to your kind notice that, I transferred an amount of 40, 000 rs on dated June2nd. In my balance sheet, it is showing 40, 000, But in my main account menu it is showing 39160 rs on dated 8th june. when I click the details it is showing that holding of funds. I don't understand what is meant by holding of funds, what is the amount to be charged for the same. I didn't maintain minimum balance for the last few months, each month hdfc charged me an amount of 396.60 rs by the name of AMB CHARG INCL ST & CESS, then how abt extra charges on the name of holding funds. Today I checked my balance it is showing 39, 325 again they charged me rs 674.16 by the name of AMB CHARG INCL ST & CESS, for the month of may. This completely un authentical, while opening the bank account they didn't mention any of these charges. Please take necessary actions against the hdfc for doing un aunthential penalities
                                      Dear HDFC, I am Santosh, having an account number of [protected] at Sahakar nagar, pune branch. I didn't maintain minimum balance for the last few months . I am employee of MNC from last 8 months so my acc is SALARY acc then why AMB charges applied. This completely un authentical, while opening the bank account they didn't mention any of these charges. Please take necessary actions against the hdfc for doing un aunthential penalities.I Found these issues during viewing of transaction statement, so I request you please resolve this issue as early as possible

                                        Hi, My name is Deb Narayan Das(HDFC customer ID:[protected]. I have a filled an application to update my mobile number & new address details to my nearest HDFC branch (IFSC code: HDFC0000573) on 30th of May 2015. However, after 7 working days both my mobile number & address not yet updated. I have called HDFC customer care to escalate this issue because I am unable to do online/netbanking transaction due to this & asked them to expedite my request to resolve my problem ASAP. Unfortunately, being as a HDFC customer for almost 7 long years, I am very much upset with the way my request has been handled & all the whosoever executive dealt my problem with shade o[censored]nprofessionalism & rude behaviour. They den't even understand the criticality of my issue & unnecessarily they are giving me some nonsense & lame excuses & keep on saying that it will take another 4-5 working days to update my mobile number & address.
