This is to lodge a complaint regarding the debt collection practices of mr. Rahul whose mobile no is [protected]/ [protected].
Mr. Rahul has called me over 30 times in the past 3 weeks and most of those phone calls were made after 8 pm.
Your representative mr. Rahul called at my workplace and spoke to my company worker about the debt. Mr. Rahul defamed me and asked my co-worker about personal details of mine including phone numbers and home addresses of my family and friends so that he could make a recovery. This embarrassed me and harmed my professional reputation as people gossips about this behind me. I was even warned by my senior that if in future such scenario would happen then i would be sacked.

This all happened when i had deposited a payment cheque but when they started using foul language then i was left with no option but to stop the cheque payment.
Until and unless take an action against the above mentioned people i won’t make any other payment whatsoever may happen.
Mr. Rahul has threatened and abused me so i want a written email from his side that his won’t happen from his side in future. If he is ready to do this then i am ready to make the payment. If no action is been taken against then i’ll be left with no other option but to lodge a case against rahul for harassing me mentally and publicly and threatening me.
Also, if you take an action then i assure you to submit the amount which i am supposed to give you asap.
