[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — complaint letter

Sir/madam,
I am one of your customers, i hold savings account in your bank. Along with savings account, i also own a platinum credit card and my personal loan from hdfc is also running.
I am writing this letter to you because i am really very very annoyed with the bank. My credit card is blocked from last 2-2.5 yrs and i have not used it till then. Around 2 yrs back my account was ceased because of non-payment of credit card and then i was promised by bank to make a payment as settlement of credit card and then my credit card will be closed. I made a payment of rs 22000 (Appx) but my credit card was not settled. Now from last 2 yrs i was paying minimum payment every month and i stopped making minimum payment from last few months and is requesting bank every single day for settlement from last 8-9 months. I receive calls from bank every day for payment of credit card and on every call i am promised for settlement and call back but i never receive call back from bank for settlement. 8-9 months ago i again requested for settlement of my credit card amount that time total outstanding was around 20000 which is now again increased to 45000+... What is my fault here??? I am requesting bank for settlement for so long and no body is helping me and are charging me every day. My account is again ceased and i am not able to pay instalment for my personal loan. Who is responsible for my cibil record??? I am completely # up now from hdfc bank.
On 6th august 2018, i deposited 13000 in my account for instalment of my pl but on 7th august morning rather that deducting my instalment in morning my account was ceased by bank on 7th noon... This effected my record of instalments...

May i request any senior and responsible person from hdfc bank to help me out and solve my case... I have certain responsibilities on me and i can't keep on paying for the card which os blocked for last 3 years.

Need urgent help...

I made two transactions at flipkart using two HDFC netsafe card.Both of them were cancelled but the amount has not been refunded.It has been more than 40 days since the transaction.
