Dear Sir, i have taken HDFC health policy on 3rd May. documents are also verified on 7th may. After that there is no response from your side. i didn't received any sort of documents / ID from your side till now. still how many days you people will take to activate my policy. . Being on a private organization, you are taking very long time. you people didn't stand on your words(which are spoken by your call center people). after paying my premium you people didn't take any care of it. its shame of your part.
