Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint against the Branch Manager, Mr. Kariappa (Ph: [protected]), and Credit Card Sales Manager, Mr. Adil Pasha (Ph: [protected]) of HDFC Bank, Karthik Nagar Branch.
I was promised a lifetime free credit card during the application process. However, after activation, I discovered that the card is not free, contrary to what was assured. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and customer deception.
Over the past 45 days, I have experienced severe mental stress due to poor banking service and repeated false information provided by the branch staff. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution, and the team continues to remain unresponsive and negligent.
I am not willing to bear the consequences of this misleading and irresponsible behavior. Therefore, I demand:
Strict disciplinary action against the Branch Manager and Credit Card Sales Manager.
A compensation of ₹50, 000 for the mental distress and inconvenience caused.
