[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Completely a fraud case(unfair dealing, misguidance, miscommitment)

Respected Sir/Madam, Myself Kapil Kant Grover - Completely a fraud case(unfair dealing, misguidance, miscommitment) happened to me that is done by HDFC Bank Employee of Abohar Branch(Pb.). Sir/Madam am a salaried person, earning 16000/month salary. I was having a loan requirement and due to somehow the HDFC Bank Employee came to me at my work place and offered me a loan of Rs.2 Lacs (with interest as per the market rate) against a HDFC Standard Life Insurance Policy of Rs.20000 and then he said 15 days after issuing of policy your loan file will be made and u will get the loan after 1 month. But 15 days after issuing of policy that person(HDFC Bank Employee) starts ignoring my calls and finally i went to branch to meet him but the officials said - that particular person has been transferred from this branch to somewhere else. Nobody else in the branch helped me during all my 13 visits to Branch. Then at-last i went to HDFC Standard Life office to cancel the policy but they said your freelook period of 15 days has been past - so we cant cancel your policy. Respected Sir/Madam Please help me out, Its my very humble request in front of you, please cancel my policy right now and refund my hard earned money back to my account. I'll be very much thankful to you for this act of kindness. I am waiting for the positive reply from your side.
