[Resolved] HDFC Bank — constant fraud calls for issuing hdfc credit cards | |
I am attached with hdfc banking services for last few months and was quite happy with it, but recently started to receive excessive amount of fraud calls regarding hdfc credit cards. My family members also started to receive the same individually. Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and try to take action in order to minimize them. I received calls from the following numbers: Ms. Tuli das ([protected]) (Tulidas.[protected]@gmail.com) Mr. Souvik halder ([protected]) They are directing me to send my address proof and pan card details to them via mail (Of gmail domain) for credit card verification! Requesting you to kindly check whether such employees exist in your system who are misusing them.
