[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card amount deducted without authorization

I received a message from hdfc bank:

Alert:rs.169.00 spent via credit card xx2825 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:21:39:33 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected].

Looks like many people are going through same problem (Google amazon1258399 and see). How can i get this verified? Also, why is amazon/hdfc not clarifying why the amount has been deducted.

I have applied for fastag through HDFC portal application no.HFR466879 for my two cars on 22/11/2019.
I have received the tag for my vehicle no.PB10EU 8899 but have not received for vehicle no PB91E 8899 so far.
Kindly arrange for the other tag as it is already very late.
