[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
I had missed a payment on my hdfc credit card and even after advising the recovery agents that it will be done in a few days i received threatening messages on my mobile saying the executive will come to my home and recover the full payment. Being a woman i feel it was extremely disgraceful and feel i should discontinue my business with hdfc. I feel that agent should be fired for such rude behaviour and making threatening calls to someone who was cooperative Was this information helpful? | |||
