[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card

Hi,

I would like to bring the dark side of the hdfc credit card division in front of the public and ask them to refrain from using hdfc credit cards at any cost. They are exploiting existing members like me and providing no convenience at all.

In september, they slapped an unknown membership fee to my credit card.

Due to the non-payment of these fees which i did not even understand, within a month's time they deactivated my credit card in october.

When i finally made the payment thinking it was a genuine credit card expense, they did not activate my credit card even after repeated conversations with their customer care helpline.

Now i want to get a refund to which they are saying it can only be done using a demand draft which will be sent to my previous employer's address which is of no use to me.

Is this even legal? Ther are not repaying money owed to customers using proper means? Why should i be repaid in a manual form when i did the payment using online banking? Should they not simply refund it directly into my bank account?

I would take this matter further since i have the customer care call recording and also the executive disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation.

Please resolve this matter by refunding my amount to my account or a ddcheck to my residential address!!

After that, the first thing i would do is to close this credit card as soon as possible.

Respected sir,
I have paid more than mininum due today at 4.30 pm
Due to some problem i ws unable to pay
Its request you to
Please activate my card as soon as possible
I forgot my hdfc food plus card. Also I didn't created IPIN
I have procured Fastag from HDFC.
However, after creation of the Account, I am not able to Log-in.
The error says.."Invalid User Id or password"
I tried using Mozilla as well as Google Chrome.
I have also cleared the cache as well as History.
But, the error remains Same.
Can someone Help..?

I got a two wheeler loan from hdfc bank on sum of rs 53000 vide his
customer id 44498291. Named RAJESH MOHAN BHAI ROHIT, and i fully payment to bank. But i did not received n. O. C. Till date PLZ CHECK MY NOC
