I really surprised to see your notice that you mentioned that my credit card is being used for virtual currency. You may don't know OR are unaware that Skrill is a global wallet (Just like any Indian wallet) to make a payment or purchase online (It is not virtual currency exchange, check their site).
By profession I am a freelancer Web Developer and provide web design and development services for my clients. I often use credit card for online shopping for websites and services. I use HDFC credit card since more than 10 Years with my Skrill and PayPal wallet. Both are international wallets. I never got this kind of virtual currency notice since last 10 years and now received that I miss-used it... weird...
You should send me any proof or any transaction record of virtual currency as you are blaming on me that I bought something.
Still if you want to close my card, you are free to close, I will pay all dues within 30 days in given time. I tried to send reply back to [protected]@hdfcbank.com but both mail got bounced and my reply returned back to me... This is your customer service?? Then I have to wrote here to inform you that please send me any proof which virtual currency I bought as you mentioned in the mail. Was this information helpful? |
