I have applied for fastag through HDFC bank on 21 February 21. It's almost 11 days now I have not received my fastag. I called toll free number ([protected]) multiple times and there was no answer. Every day I contact their customer care team. First of all, they never picked up the calls and after calling continuously then they picked and always received the same answer i.e. Please wait. I have escalated this matter to a higher level too but not received any response. The bank is saying that the government is responsible we can't do anything about this. If government agencies are responsible then what's the role of HDFC.
While tracking the status, it's showing that it has already dispatched through Bluedart. When I tried to track it, it's showing the wrong docket number. Today I contacted the HDFC customer care team and now I came to know that HDFC has updated the wrong docket number ([protected]-BlueDart).
My customer ID is[protected] and my FASTag application number is HFR02103199. Recently I have escalated this matter and my complaint reference number which I received from HDFC is 14048678. This complaint is still not resolved.
This is disgusting, worst experience ever, no clue.
I am sharing the screenshot for reference purpose.
Either share the correct docket number so that I track the courier and deliver it to my address on a priority basis, else refund my money back.

Complaint marked as Resolved Finally they helped and replaced my fastag and issued a new one.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Mrinal_Gabru My complaint has not been resolved by HDFC and today I got a message from them saying that my problem has been resolved. There is no resolution till date and without having a resolution how can HDFC closed my query and sent a message to me that problem has been resolved.
