      I have applied for fastag through HDFC bank on 21 February 21. It's almost 11 days now I have not received my fastag. I called toll free number ([protected]) multiple times and there was no answer. Every day I contact their customer care team. First of all, they never picked up the calls and after calling continuously then they picked and always received the same answer i.e. Please wait. I have escalated this matter to a higher level too but not received any response. The bank is saying that the government is responsible we can't do anything about this. If government agencies are responsible then what's the role of HDFC.

      While tracking the status, it's showing that it has already dispatched through Bluedart. When I tried to track it, it's showing the wrong docket number. Today I contacted the HDFC customer care team and now I came to know that HDFC has updated the wrong docket number ([protected]-BlueDart).

      My customer ID is[protected] and my FASTag application number is HFR02103199. Recently I have escalated this matter and my complaint reference number which I received from HDFC is 14048678. This complaint is still not resolved.

      This is disgusting, worst experience ever, no clue.

      I am sharing the screenshot for reference purpose.

      Either share the correct docket number so that I track the courier and deliver it to my address on a priority basis, else refund my money back.

      My complaint has not been resolved by HDFC and today I got a message from them saying that my problem has been resolved. There is no resolution till date and without having a resolution how can HDFC closed my query and sent a message to me that problem has been resolved.

          HDFC Fastag KYC Issue

          Dear Team,

          I purchased my car in Feb 2019. The showroom provided HDFC Fastag by default in my car. Fastag is working fine till Feb 2021 and suddenly I was unable to recharge my wallet due to an incomplete KYC update. Without proper communication, they blocked my wallet.
          Even I send my KYC details to the customer care number. but to date it is in not updated.

            I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank finance in pune. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 90 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 128 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

              I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan and two Wheeler loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 3744 for personal loan and 5637 for two Wheeler loan. but once i coudn't maintains balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charge which is around 236 Now, after four month they charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges. If i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges.

                Amount 29.50 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as a salary account and was said there will be no surcharges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC.

                  I made net banking payment of rs.578 for a bus ticket reservation. Unfortunately, the transaction got failed but the amount got debited from my account.

                  Kindly let me know the process to proceed further so that i get my amount refunded to my account.

                    Account blocked without any prior information/intimation

                    Hi team,
                    I'm a customer of HDFC Bank. My bank account is blocked due to some KYC updation issues, and most importantly, they have not informed me about the same. I got to know about this when I didn't receive Feb month's salary from the company in which I work.                     My account shows Rs 308 on hold since October 2020. The customer service associates can't be contacted until we dial the personal virtual assistance number at least 20 times. Even when they do get connected they have 0 clue of the problem.

                      My vehicle fastag is showing blacklisted at the toll booth. However there is sufficient balance and the app as well as NHAI helpline has confirmed that the fastag is active. I am unable to reach HDFC Bank helpline as their number is not getting through and no other way to contact them.

                          This is for your information that on 24.02.2021 rs my debit card has been used by cponeassis & rs-1899 has been debited from my account without any pin or otp no. I am really shocked how does it possible. I also not used any service or demand for it. Then how does these transaction done? I am not interested in this kind off services. So i request you to revert my debited amount in my account, otherwise i will go through legal against your company

                                  I am waiting for my cheque book since 2 months . I changed my address recently and i already put a request for address change there. I am in urgent need of cheque book of 5 leaf. I am in medical urgency so i need the cheques urgently for my loan to be sanctioned. I am requesting them for loose cheque book but bank is not giving that option. If anything happens to my father i will lodge a complaint in RBI. Because of the pathetic service i cannot loose anyone. Please provide me loose cheque book .
