I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 7181without my concern on date:12/02/2021. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-br...

Kindly change my relationship manager. My current RM is Shebin Hussain. He is neither knowledgeable nor helpful and does not solve my issue even after repeated requests and multiple visits to the branch. Hi,

I have been trying to add a Beneficiary account of type "Transfer to other bank / Credit Card Payment (using NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)" to my HDFC Account using netbanking login but in vain.

When I choose adding beneficiary, I am able to enter the account number of the beneficiary...

I booked a order via flipkart on emi which got cancelled by flipkart. My whole amount was reversed, however I am still being charged loan processing charges of 199+gst.

I just opened the new account in HDFC,
through Video KYC because I believed that they are professional and reliable and they shattered my wrong assumptions by greeting me with the debit card issuance charges, that too 590 rs.

To amount was deducted today i.e 8th February and I did not even receive a text message regarding that, I had to figure it out myself.

I have/had accounts in 6 other banks and none...

Avoid HDFC Fastag Suddenly Credit Freeze on HDFC Fastag, tried to reach them for past four weeks, no response from them for any solution. just have to tear the HDFC fastag and move to another provider is the only thing i can do. such an irresponsible customer care and support from HDFC. don't waste your time with HDFC....

I have disabled my credit card long back and I am still recieving bills. I had billers but I used my debit card to make payments. I have not used my credit card after disabling it. I am seeing late fee too in the bill.

Hdfc bank has debited ₹ 32, 020 as fund trf dm on 21 nov 20202 from my account without any notice or any call or message.
Even i didn't switch my auto debit action on my account still they debited my money from my account.
This is very bad.
