HDFC Bank — Credit card collection department

I adit Chaudhari have a credit card of this bank from july 2022 with a limit of 20000 rs. Also i had lost my job on September 2022 and before that i have made regular payments. Also i would like to inform that i have made payments in December January and February. But due to financial issues i have missed payments from march 2023 till now and i have also asked for a general settlement plan for myself cause i want to settle this debt but the collection department is harassing me currently cause i dont have the money. Even after alerting my situation the bank has been of no help and the officers calling this months has shown no sign of empathy or patience. This shows how the bank cares about its customers. The interest is being sky rocketed and i have asked the bank to wait for some time till i get a new job but they are unwilling to wait. They have visited my premises and even though after numerous requests of not visiting they did it. Also i am alway available on call but they did not pay any heed towards it. Please help me in this situation and give a small settlement plan cause i am paying using my epfo money which i have left. But still there is no sign of sympathy. Please do help me.
