Hi, my father was a long term user of hdfc credit card, he got expired recently and i informed the bank and they gave me a reference number and then they didn't follow up for a month two... After which i received a call from a recovery agent stating i have to clear the out standing amount and settle dues for which i requested them to provide me with a suitable settlement option as i can't pay the entire amount by waiving off interest fees and all miscellaneous stuff, they gave me a number to talk to their manager to which i called her and she never responded properly i even sent a message to her mobile... Now these days m receiving too many calls from hdfc credit card and they asking my father they should know already that eh got expired as it got updated in their records yet they behave like this causing us lots of stress and talking non sensical stuff i already informed the bank that he got expired for which i have proof. Secondly i am open for the settlement but the back is not willing to co-operate and unnecessarily calling and irritating/harassing me multiple times. I requested them to deal with me through a single person yet multiple people calling and harassing. Saying whatever they can...
I have neither inherited properties nor insurance from my father yet m still open for one time settlement and these people are not responding properly and just wasting my time... Was this information helpful? |
