मुझे आपके बैंक द्वारा कॉल आया पर्सोनल लोन के लिए, जिसमे उसने 11.55 प्रतिशत पर लोंन ऑफ़र किया था, जिस कारण मेने लोन के लिए कागजात दे दिए, जिसपर लोन हो गया बाद में जब क़िस्त आई तब पता चला कि जो रेट of इंटरेस्ट 14.55 लग रहा है, इस तरह आपकी बैंक द्वारा मेरे साथ गलत किया गया, जब मेने कस्टमर केयर में कॉल किया, तब बताया गया कि कोई डीएसए बालाजी एंटरप्राइज जयपुर द्वारा ये करवाया गया, या कॉल आया था हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते, ,

Your loan of Rs. << 256, 112.00 >> is repayable in << 60>> EMIs of Rs. << 6, 026.00 >> . The effective rate of interest on this basis works out to << 14.50 >>% p.a. on reducing principal. The EMI and tenure of the loan were clearly communicated to and accepted by you and the loan application has been processed on that basis only. In case, however, a lower charge was committed in writing by an authorized representative of the Bank, kindly make it convenient to share the same for our further investigation and action in the matter on [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

    I came to know that my saving account has been debited for rs. 188 on 14-feb-189 towards adhoc stmt chgs incl gst 120219-mir[protected] without any information. I don’t remember that i went to any branch for requesting any statement. When i reached to customer care they cant provide proper solution.
    Kindly clarify why i have been debited with the above said amount.

      Hi hdfc team,

      I am customer of hdfc bank and from last 3 years. I am using hdfc bank salary account.
      I am very upset about hdfc bank credit card service. I see that from last july month (July 2017 to till now) there are multiple charges are applicable on given statement.
      I have an hdfc credit card. But i see there are multiple entry which are inaccurate they charged wrongly in the name of offus emi.
      I need my money revert back in my account and will you please let me know what is this offus emi?.

        My name is sumit shrivastav and i took a personal loan of 235000 and i paid 15 emis but due to some medical conditions i cudnt pay the rest 15 and now its over due.. Your so called third party illiterate # are calling me and my family members to collect money as if anyone has signed on mu behalf that they will bear the loan if i dnt pay. Please help me with the same and teach some fdcpa rules to those stupid illiterate people.

            Hello sir,
            I have taken personal loan of approx 1.3 lacs in 2016. That time i was working in hdfc bank chennai and i had taken on my salary account. But unfortunately after few months i left job due to some issues and my account gets inactive. As i was jobless and not in chennai, so unable to pay emi for few months. Then i started repaying the emi and cleared the arrears. As i was in my native so one of hdfc bank staff suggested me to pay emi in branch, they will send some mail to the branch people in my native and they will accept emi. So every month on ecs date i used to go to the branch and paid emi. Now all emi is cleared. But bank person from nelson manickam road, staff name-rajesh leelakanth (R17138) he is calling and telling to pay ecs charge of rs 17000. I am going through huge economic crisis and situation is very bad. When i asked that you people only suggested to pay the emi in branch, so i did and on the same ecs date i paid each month emi, then how this ecs charges came for this much amount. Also when i asked about the detailed information, he is denying to provide and telling that its bank policy, u need to come to the branch in chennai. Currently i m not staying in chennai. Its very painful to hear this type of response from bank and also paying 17000 as charge is quite difficult. I asked for some waiver also but he is continuously calling my parents and thdeatening that i[censored] not pay then u see what can i do, i will destroy your life and bla bla. This is a type of behaviour of bank staff with the customer. Please look into this matter as serious concern and provide me some waiver so that i can able to close this on earliest.

Today i saw statement and i came to know that additional cheque bounce charges has been added from Oct 2017 to Jan 2019.From Oct 2017 i started paying emi in branch as per your staff confirmation and paid till Jan 2019.For the same period from Oct 2017 to Jan 2019, why this charges are added. One side i was paying every month emi to the branch and one side you are adding charges for me. If charges were applied then why you have accepted cash mode payment and why u didn't inform us about charges. This is really very worst thing. Please waive off my charges from Oct 2017 to Jan 2019 as i paid my emi on time during this period.

              I am abanish seal holding an account and credit card with hdfc, customer id 51828207.

              I would like to report an ongoing incident that me and my family members are facing due to unethical practices of your 3rd party collection employee's where my wife was being absued along with the employee's working.
              Please take a note that i have filed an nc under section 507 with kharghar police station and will be proceeding with a case of violation of fair debt collection practices act.

              I was without a job for last few months hence couldn't pay the outstanding and have got a job just 10 days ago, so when asked for payment i said i will be paying by 18th of february as my salary date is 17th feb but the max limit i can pay is 5k per month and not more than that, which they didn't like and started harassing.

              Let me remind hdfc bank i will be perusing the case unless this harassment stops with immediate effect or will fight for compensation from hdfc bank for not following fair dept collections practices for which i have enough proofs and will get the investigation orders from the magistrate office to nail this issue crystal clear, let my money go in fighting cases instead of paying you guys after such an harassment where i never denied to pay. Also nor my wife is a co applicant neither her office employees

              Also this is violation of sec 507 (Criminal intimidation by an anonymous communication. — whoev­er commits the offence of criminal intimidation by an anonymous communication, or having taken precaution to conceal the name or abode of the person from whom the threat comes, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years)

                issue on net banking through google pay

                1) i did a money transfer to account number through google pay app. My reason is that money shouldn't transfer to receiptent account but i received message from bank that amount is debited. I. E; in google pay app process is not completed it shown.

                Hi all,

                I hold a premium salary account with hdfc bank and i opened a separate joint account with my mother, with my mother being the first holder of the account.

                I requested bank multiple times and have raised complaints to merge the accounts so that i don't have to keep a minimum balance in my joint account as well as there would be no instant alert charge that would apply. But they kept on charging money from my joint account and the total amount changed over few months is 4, 246.96 inr.

                Hi Zubin,

                In that case I am clearly miss guided by your employee and I am extremely pissed.

                I hold a joint account with my wife and there i dont need to keep any minimum balance and i was told that is because I already hold a salary account.

                The same should apply to my joint account with my monther.

                Your comments are disturbing as I kept thinking that eventually all charges of not keeping minimum balance will be reverted.

                I need an explanation immediately and all the charges to be revert immediately.

                  Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 1.5 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -884 balance.
                  The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 884 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                  I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                  Plz juistice to me.What is the solution?

                    They issued me a higher annual fees debit card without my consent at the time of opening of my account, since that day, they are not reversing my refund even though i had applied for lower value card after that. Which is activated now...

                    My old card ending with 4140 was deactivated on 29th jan, and till now i haven't received any refund.

                    I need a full refund including gst, reason behind this, i've already mentioned above.

                      I have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds. What are these charges for! Why are they so high. It is not a debt i have to pay. It is sip. How can you inculcate habit of regular savings if you penalise so harshly for not having balance.

                      Hdfc has charged me 590 for insufficient balance in my account. While my account was having 1000 rupees in my account.
                      Hdcf bank has to return this money. There was no intimation from the bank on the consequences of not keeping sip amount in account.

                      Please help me resolve this. People are losing trust in public banks and now these banks also!!!. Although it doesn't make a difference to hdfc bank for sure, but i will close my account if it is not returned. If auto debiting is a service you provide as a bank, then it is your duty to inform me on the charges for the same. Heights of fraud. You must give me a warning that if funds are insufficient you will be charged. Nothing was there.

                      Please please help me resolve this and return my money.

                          Hi i had swiped my credit card for hospital bills for my mother's treatment but unfortunately she expired from then continuously i requested bank to convert the amount into emi but they refused and continuously harassed me for the payment now im asking for settlement in my affordable amount that is 35-30k but they refusing it and calling all my contacts people and informing about our debts its disgusting no one have rights to hurt any ones prestige and reputation for few money

                                I bought vehicle insurance from the HDFC General Insurance Comp. ltd., Policy Number[protected] policy period 29/09/2018 to 28/09/2019. Now the insurance company withheld my insurance policy with a reason of "non eligibility for no claim bonus (ncb) as per previous insurer". The company shows my previous premium as Rs. 13, 270 and revised premium as Rs. 15, 115 and asked me to pay the NCB difference rs 1, 845. When I denied to the NCB difference, they disown their responsibility to pay any claim for the policy in future. When they deny to pay my further claims, I wanted them to refund my previous paid amount rs. 13, 270. They denied to pay even that amount. Now that I took NOC from RTA on AP09CL5080 and the sale deed stayed pending because of HDFC Ergo's denial letter. Thinking that the sale of the Scorpio is completed, I bought jeep (paying 80% of advance) for Rs. 28lakhs and I am aghast for the HDFC Ergo Gen Insurance's letter. AP09CL5080 is neither sold nor held with me because of the HDFC stagnation of Insurance Policy. It brought me mental trauma and heavy financial loss. When HDFC can not entertain my Insurance Policy, they can not hold my money with them. So I demand the HDFC Ergo Gen Ins. to refund me my entire money with a compensation of Rs. 50, 00, 000 for the loss of my business, health and mental peace.

                                    I am having my bank account in hdfc and since the minimum balance was 10000 so after keeping it for 4 years I decided to close it. The real drama started here :

                                    I visited branch they said it's home brach is some different place so we cannot close it. After discussing it with the manager they agreed but the lady said you need to close the credit card. When I said to process the request she said it cannot be done as the credit card needs to be delinked. Afterwards they asked me to withdraw the amount before closure. Doing this 15 days passed and the month changed and they "Deducted 900 for non maintenance of minimum balance". Is it really fare to deduct such a huge amount for non maintenance just for a single month when I was keeping 10000 plus balance for more than 4 year.

                                    Do you people just realise how much injustice you are doing to customer by doing this. Moreover as per RBI mandate you cannot make account in negetive for non maintenance of the minimum balance.

                                    I will reach out to consumer forum if required to highlight this loophole of such a reputed bank.
