I made net banking payment of rs.1, 20, 000 for submission the fee of CTO on the web portal of HSPCB . Unfortunately, the transaction got failed but the amount got debited from my account.
Kindly let me know the process to proceed further so that i get my amount refunded to my account. please refund this amount with in 24 HRS so that i can submit the CTO fee on time.
Please do the needful regarding the same. Looking forward for your reply.

You will receive payment in 2 parts, your amount 1500/- which will be credited in bank account within 4 to 5 working days and remaining amount 1099/- will be credited after 5 to 7 working days.
