Grievance –
I had some pending by mistake/banker improper information. Mean time i notice some unauthorized transaction than i blocked the card. After that story started. Banker has issued 2 times credit new credit cards (Card numbers xx xxxx yyyy and xx xxxx zzzz; full numbers is not with me) without my knowledge/ approval and used it for their money making tool instead of issuing notice regarding payment of the pending/ recovery notice.
Money (Charges) which i have issue to pay as below mention point /category viz with credit card billing dates
1. Unauthorized transaction
A. For credit card ending xxxx dated 16/05/18 in favor of raz* screner, by small bengaluru of rs 118.00
B. For credit card ending xxxx dated 16/06/18 in favor of raz* screner, by small bengaluru of rs 118.00
C. For credit card ending xxxx dated 16/07/18 in favor of raz* screner, by small bengaluru of rs 118.00
D. For credit card ending xxxx dated 16/08/18 in favor of raz* screner, by small bengaluru of rs 118.00 (Got refund after telephonic complain)
E. For credit card ending xxxx dated 16/09/18 in favor of raz* screner, by small bengaluru of rs 118.00 (Got refund after telephonic complain)
2. Finance charges
A. For credit card ending xxxx dated 18/09/18 as finance charges of rs 2566.59 (Reason; i never got notice).
B. For credit card ending yyyy dated 18/10/18 as finance charges of rs 2650.45 (Reason; this card is not approved by me and issued (Reflecting in bill) to me without my knowledge. Instead of this i could got recovery notice).
C. For credit card ending yyyy dated 18/11/18 as finance charges of rs 2662.25 (Reason; this card is not approved by me and issued (Reflecting in bill) to me without my knowledge. Instead of this i could got recovery notice).
D. For credit card ending yyyy dated 18/12/18 as finance charges of rs 2542.53 (Reason; this card is not approved by me and issued (Reflecting in bill) to me without my knowledge. Instead of this i could got recovery notice).
E. For credit card ending zzzz dated 18/01/19 as finance charges of rs 2581.43 (Reason; this is second credit card which is not approved by me and issued (Reflecting in bill) to me without my knowledge. Instead of this i could got recovery notice).
F. For credit card ending zzzz dated 18/01/19 as finance charges of rs 33.32 (Reason; this is second card which is not approved by me and issued (Reflecting in bill) to me without my knowledge. Instead of this i could got recovery notice).

3. And igst charges
A. For credit card ending yyyydated 18/09/18 as igst of rs 461.99 (Reason; since this credit card is not approved by me and issued (Reflecting in bill) to me without my knowledge so i am not liable to pay any charges related. Instead of this i could got recovery notice).
B. For credit card ending yyyy dated 18/10/18 as igst of rs 477.08 (Reason; since this credit card is not approved by me and issued (Reflecting in bill) to me without my knowledge so i am not liable to pay any charges related. Instead of this i could got recovery notice).
C. For credit card ending yyyy dated 18/11/18 as igst of rs 479.21 (Reason; since this credit card is not approved by me and issued (Reflecting in bill) to me without my knowledge so i am not liable to pay any charges related. Instead of this i could got recovery notice).
D. For credit card ending zzzz dated 18/12/18 as igst of rs 4457.66 (Reason; since this second credit card is also not approved by me and issued (Reflecting in bill) to me without my knowledge so i am not liable to pay any charges related. Instead of this i could got recovery notice).

When i reach to branch regarding they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.
But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 12/02/2019 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹118.
So need to clearification from bank or reverse my ₹115 to my account.
I got message from bank that your transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending xxxx for rs. 865.11 has been credited/reversed by myntra1209105 on[protected]:12.32

I got this msg from hdfc as i have returned the order to myntra. Still i can not see the amount reflecting onto my account statement.

Hope the issue would be resolved.

    Since i had some payment pending by mistake and they not inform me properly. After noticing some unauthorized transaction i blocked the card than that time also not given clarity abt pending. After that month banker has issued 2 times credit new credit cards (Card numbers xxxxxx xxxx xxx and xxxxx xxxx xxxx; full numbers is not with me) without my knowledge/ approval and used it for their money making tool instead of issuing notice regarding payment of the pending/ recovery notice. Take care their banking policy is pay trapping. Take care

      I open ppf account online with hdfc bank. My account opened in anna nagar, chennai branch but i am living in delhi. My saving account is in delhi branch. I can not visit chennai branch. Why it opened in chennai branch. I tried to contact phone banker but phone banker is saying that for ppf account then can't provide any information. What should i do?

        Recently i started seeing credit card appearing in my hdfc mobile app, i left it initially, but later i observed that a fee was also applied on that. I kept asking about hdfc customer care through email and even escalated that "why was i issued credit card without my consent". But they kept answering about fees and not about why i was issued.

        I got a call from hdfc representative explaining that i applied credit card in guwahait it seems, which was way back in 2008. And i got this credit card in 2018. How does it even make sense to issue a person credit card after 10 years after the application. And to clarify more, in 2008, my intention was just to open a back account and not credit card. I don't how that led to application of credit card.

        I really doubting if it is any kind of scam to get more money from customers in the form of fees.

          I have been using hdfc cedit card ending with 8460 for the past 4 months. At the time of applying this card, bank officials told me u have not to pay any membership fee at any time, this is free. But the statement of jan, 19 shows that it has been charged rs 1000 for said fee along with rs 180 as gst. Kindly resolve this issue soon.

              Dear sir, i went to hdfc tezpur branch, mahabhairab for a personal loan. I submitted all required documents and executive told me that loan will be disbursed within 5 days. I needed the loan on an urgent basis so agreed to even higher rate of interest of 16%. I asked for the loan for a maximum period of 2 years but intentionally he logged in with 4 years and loan got approved for 4 years. When i came to know i asked him why he did so then he started to talk to me in an unprofessional manner. Even your credit staffs are not competent enough to handle his job. My net salary is around rs.65, 000 (Basic 57800, da 6300, msp, 10800, ta, 3900etc) but your credit executive calculated net salary of rs. 50, 000/- only.
              My friends are also working in hdfc bank in the different part of the country that's why i applied for the loan to your bank but it was a huge mistake. They not only wasted my time, threatened me but also harassed me during the process. I'll never ever apply to hdfc bank and won't suggest anyone to do banking with hdfc.

                Hdfc executives are harassing me and behave very disrespectfully every day. They question my integrity and shout on daily basis. When i tried to explain them the circumstances they prefer to interrupt for each and every thing and does not respect me.

                They also send me weird and threatning messaged and speak very rudely.

                They keep torturing me mentally day in and day out.

                  Hi,

                  I had purchased google pixel 2 phone on flipkart on jul 16th 2018 with hdfc debit card.. And there was an offer rs.8000 cashback on hdfc debit card and the cash back should be credited by 20th jan and i haven't received the cash back amount of rs.8000. When i called flipkart they said the bank is now responsible and when i mailed hdfc bank they replied that flipkart is responsible. Is anyone responsible here?

                    I had opened salary account with hdfc back in 2014. I left the job in 2016 and my account was converted to regular savings account. And penalty is being levied till now. I want to either close the account or want to continue with it by maintaining the required mab, if my penalty is waived off. I have sent the account closure request to the home branch.                         Sir,
                        I am deepa keswani from indore. I have purchased hdfc super income plan with the policy numbered 21170298 for an annual premium of rs 50, 000/- with premium paying period of 8 years. The duration of the policy is 16 years. I was convinced to buy this policy by rbl relationship manager indore.
                        I was explained in the form of illustration that at the end of 8 years, i will be getting rs 3, 50, 000/-. Then payout of rs 40, 000 per year will start and be given till next 8 year and at the last 16th year i will be getting about rs 7, 20, 000/- (In total) with the investment of 4, 00, 000/-. I agreed to this and submitted a cheque of rs 50, 000/-, bearing the number 301646 dated 14th feb 2019
                        I received an email documents on 15th feb 2019, however now i believe the policy is not right for me. I have had second thoughts and believe that the expected returns in the plan will be low, considering the long duration of 8 years during which the money will be locked. I am likely to face financial instability in the near future as i need money. As i am in 15 day free-look period i intend to cancel my policy at the earliest.
                        Please let me know the cancellation and refund procedure.

                            My name is lokesh and i have a bank account with the hdfc bank vivek vihar branch. My customer id is 47551139. I had to temporarily freeze my bank account due to a suspected fraud. I called up net banking and was advised to visit the bank branch to reactivate the account. O went to my nearest branch dated 01 feb 2019 and was told to visit the hoke branch which is in the vivek vihar branch. I spend 500 rupees and submit all the relevant documents and my account was finally reactivated. However i also wanted a new debit card and the branch personal asked me to sign a form and assured me that my net banking and a new ru pay debit card will be issued in 7 working days. I never received the card and i called the phone banking and to my surprise they never requested any debit card. I was pushed from the pillar to the post and after have been on phone for 2 hours finally spoke to the phone banker who was extremely rude and coz i was on call for very long time i requested a supervisor the phone banker said he will not transfer the call and put me on mute and in iritation i used profanity and in exchange the phone banker also abused me. I wrote an email to the bank higher management and complaint was finally addressed and a lady from my home branch called me and said she will get my card in two days and will send an official who will take my signn and a new card will be issied today dated 16th feb the bank official came and took my sign and told me to wait for 7 days. He called his belrabch manager named amrish sinha who said that it will take time and since i was unhappy i shouted and he said "agar mein batmizi pe aya to dek lena". I was so angry i started to use profanity. He also was very aggressive and called my employer and trying to eat my job. My mother is a patient of dirpression and i dont have access to money and i was chasing the bank for a long time. A lady from the vivek vihar branch called and said to me that her grand mother died and that's why she couldn't send the form and right after that i received another call from the vivek vihar branch from a male employee stating their was a problem with the courier team and that's why they couldn't send the form. Everyone is giving false information. Now i have been told that i will have to wait for another seven days to get my card. What kind of [censored] service is this. Hdfc bank is bothered about their money and their employees and not the customers. Hdfc is a big bank not due to their work ethics but because of their customers. When i called the phone banking the phone banker aporva called me madarchod. This shows the hdfc bank willingness to assist the customers. I cannot go to the branch everytime to withdraw funds as i have very tight roster. So i short after waiting for 16 days i have to wait for another 7 days because of the bank failure. They were forcing me to take the mastercard. Why would take a master card when my country make ru pay card? Is this how a bank treats their customers.

                            The vivek vihar branch manager was saying to me in fact he was ordering me to wait for another 7 days. Any higher bank official is a public servant. A customer is not a servant. They take money from us and never offer timely service and if they are unable to provide timely service they will tell customers that their grandmother has died or they have a problem with the courier. No one is giving correct info and then if the customer is angry they will call the customer employer.

                            Hdfc bank is hungry for money but they don't want to offer service. A third class service i have ever experienced in my entire life. I will also file a rti now. I have already written to mr. Modi explaining this. A cheap organisation with cheap policies. Mr. Amrish sinha was bothered about his employee and wasn't bothered about my mothers situation. Eversince i have requested a new card, no one informed to me about the situation.

                            How the hell mr. Amrish sinha have the oddesity to call my employer. Who is he. Amrish sinha is a public servant. He was trying to save his employer and was bothered about his employee situation. What about my situation. Am i a servant of hdfc? Mr. Puri you must consider kicking mr. Amrish sinha out of his job.

                            I have money but cant use it. I have to litrelly borrow 20 rupees for milk and daily home required stuff.

                            The bank never understand a consumer problem.
                            If we incase if the customer get late for their payments. They call u 100 times in a day.

                            I am mentally harassed by the hdfc bank.

                            Now they are trying eat my job. Please call me to discuss more about this.
                            The reason why i was abusing because i was fed of their service. A customer must be god and not a dog. A customer invest trust and money must get service as promised and on time. My mother needs medical treatment and i cannot access my own money because of the hdfc bank opeartional failure.

                            The hdfc branch manager amrish sinha was uterly an idiot and his staff was say it that i will get a new card in 2 days where as amrish sinha saying seven days.

                            The hdfc bank employees consider customer as god when a customer buy something from them. After sales when it comes to service they consider customer as dogs. Why is it that the banks are not penalized. Why always a customer has to face. I admit i was abusive but the bank employees triggered me to do so.

                            Previously the phone banker abused me on call. This means that the bank employee can abuse a customer but a customer doesn't have any rights or respect.

                            If a customer is irritated because of bank service and abuse they call the customers employer. And insult their customers. What a third class service. I have checked the complaint raised by other customers and the hdfc bank has never been helpful. Why is it that a customer faces issues because of bank operational failures. When i told the bank on the 01st day that my mother in in hospital and i need money urgently. They said everything will be taken care off and after 16 days they are now telling me to wait for another seven days. Why???

                            Hdfc bank has the worst and third class standard and very poor customer service. I have requesting a card for 17 days now. My mother has to be admitted to hospital and i don't have money. Further the vivek vihar branch manager called my employer to eat my job. If my mother dies or i do who will take the responsibility. The bank is of no help till now. I badly need funds. Please i beg of you. Please help me and fire the vivek vihar branch manager amrish sinha.

                            No one is willing to help customers @ the hdfc bank. Hdfc bank is busy making black money and i am sure they convrrt black money into white.

                            Why is it that no action is taken on the vivek vihar branch manager amrish sinha.

                            He was threatening me to eat my job. I will go to the consumer court if an immediate action is not taken against mr amrish sinha.

                            Why is it that hdfc consider customers as dogs.

                            Why hdfc not giving clear and precise information. Why is it that different people giving different info.

                            Hdfc is a fraud company. Eats money do not offer service and then scold the customer.

                            As if everything is customers fault.

                            Have i done a mistake being with the hdfc bank.

                            I am a hdfc customer for 12 years. I think i have made a biggest mistake trusting hdfc bank.

                            I want my atm card now.

                            I wanthdfc bank and their ceo mr. Puri and all board of directors to fire mr. Amrish sinha.

                            If i commit suicide... Hdfc bank will be whole sole responsible for this and specially mr. Amrish sinha.

                            If something happens to my mother... I will hold hdfc bank responsible.

                            I want my card now

                            I want mr amrish sinha to be fired from his job.

                            What a stupid way of doing business.

                            What a stupid service hdfc offers.

                            Hdfc is a chor and a fraud company. And so is their employees.

                            I will keep on posting until i get my card and amrish says sorry to me. And i want hdfc to call my employer and apologize to disturb them and to drag my company into this freak show.

                            Mr. Puri you have sold your sole against money. I wish someone is dying in your family and you cannot use money. Then i will see your courage.

                            Hdfc is making fool of their customers. Cheating is in the hdfc blood.

                            Hdfc eats customers money and make them fool. I have been expecting my card and other services to resume for the last 17 days and now i have to wait for another seven days. What the hell.

                            Please help me before i comit suicide.

                              Credit card department not cancelling my credit card not giving
                              Noc, though i am ready to pay the total outstanding due amount
                              Of rs. 12, 552/- the department is playing mischief, fraud and cheating
                              Against me-reg.

                              1. I am practicing advocate in and around hyderabad city in all courts having 20 years experience. I have been using the hdfc credit card since long time.in the beginning there was no problem. But recently, the credit card department is doing mischiefs, frauds and cheating. Hence, i got disgusted and frustrated with their attitude and decided to close the above said credit card. The reasons for closing the credit cards are detailed as follows:

                              A). The credit card department have debited a sum of rs. 1899/- on 11th sept, 2018 from my credit card account without informing me for one assist (Insurance for all credit cards and debit cards). They have activated auto renewal system without informing me. And after several requests, they have deactivated the auto renewal system and they have refunded the above amount of rs.1899/- to my credit card account on 4th october, 2018.

                              B). The credit card department usually send the e-bill of my credit card monthly statement details to my email id regularly. Whenever i try to open e-bill by entering the password it will not open. I made some 10 to 15 complaints to the department regarding the above issue. Every time they are patching up the issue by pacifying me but they are not rectifying the above said problem permanently. I also requested them to atleast send the e-bill to my email id without any password locking. But even for that also they did not responded and said that there is no such facility. The department intention is to put me in dark so that i ignore to see the credit card statement. The department would add several types of interests and charges and levies to escalate the debt. Usually, the interest amount in credit card will be monthly compoundable. Thus, within a sort period the debt will be doubled.

                              C) there will not be any head office nor any branch office/s of credit card department in the city. Thus, i could not even meet them personally to collect the credit card account statement or to explain my grievance.

                              D) when i have any clarifications or doubts i usually make call to[protected] to the customer care number through ivr system. This system is very cumbersome and disgusting. I could not get the representative so easily. Sometimes i will get the contact of the representative with great difficulty after trying for 5 minutes, but suddenly it will disconnect. Again i have to make call.in this process i am losing about 15 to 20 minutes every time. As i am a practicing advocate, i cannot spare much time for ivr calls. Hence, i requested the personnel to give me direct number (Non ivr). But they did not gave me any direct number.

                              (E) on 16th oct, 2018, i called the customer care no.[protected] at 6.50 pm to clarify my credit card account details. As per the representative of credit card, my outstanding balance was rs. 12, 223/-. I have sent a letter through regd post on the same day i. E. 16th oct, 2018 to the credit card department, chennai informing that i was ready to pay the above said amount of rs. 12, 223/- with a condition that they should give me a confirmation to my email stating that the account of credit card is closed and there are no dues or claims pending against me relating to the credit card subject to payment of due amount. But till now they have not replied to my letter not sent me any confirmation that they are closing my account. Later when i called them on customer care the representative told me that my account was closed. But surprisingly since 3 to 4 days the people from collection department was calling me repeatedly over phone and insisting me to pay either the minimum due amount of rs. 1200/- or the total outstanding due amount of rs. 12, 552/-. I told them i am ready to pay the outstanding due amount of rs. 12, 552/- and asked them to give me noc. I even went to the hdfc credit card settlement department at maruthi next building, opp: secretariat, hyderabad, 5 and 6th floors on 15th feb, 2019. I tried to contact the concerned manager. But the receptionist and other staff members are not allowing me to meet the concerned manager and advised me to contact customer care people. The collection department and the settlement department are playing football with me by advising me to contact each other vice versa. To avoid continuous calls to me and having no other way i have paid rs. 1200/- minimum due amount to the credit card account in hdfc bank, saleemnagar branch on 16th feb, 2019. Simulatneouly i closed even my bank account of saleemnagar branch on the same day i. E. 16th feb, 2019.

                              2. By the above acts, it is crystal clear that the hdfc credit card department is resorting to all types of mischiefs, frauds and cheating with me. Being a senior advocate, i could not tackle the atrocities of credit card personnel. Then what will be the fate of general and gullible persons. The credit card department appoint persons of criminal nature and rude behavior to extract the monies from the general public at any cost. They play all cheap tricks and gimmicks. Because of the fraudulent nature of the credit card department, the good will of the bank is damaging. Because of the attitude of the credit card department against me, i have to close even my bank account bearing no. [protected]. I am having good credibility and credit score in the bank and cibil.

                              3. First of all they offer to allot credit card in a pleasing way. Later they will put all types of interests and charges, levies etc. And when it comes for the collection stage they will apply all types of pressures on the gullible people. The collection and recovery department are very rude and cruel and they know how to extract money either by hook or crook and suck the blood of the people. It is much advised to put some regulatory authority of central government for all the credit card departments to control, regulate and monitor the atrocities and over action of the credit card departments.

                              Hence, i request your goodself to take action against the hdfc credit card department and see that justice is done to the general people.

                                I have been receiving card statements of my dues which i have already cleared moreover, i have stopped using the card since 2017.

                                I did clear the amount of rs 50400. On september 2018 again i paid an amount of rs 5832.00 which was not required but still, i paid them to get it fixed and get rid of it.

                                This is the second time again i am being unnecessarily charged and harassed for making the payment of rs 792.00 (As per mail received on 17th feb 2019) which is impossible.

                                Please help.

                                      I have an account with hdfc bank, the account was made in indi, however i have now moved to the uae and i do not have access to the indian no. That was provided. I cant make any transaction with my card since i do not get any otp's. I want all my otp's to come on my email if not i will have to discontinue with this bank account.
