HDFC Bank Credit Card — deactivation of one assist membership | |||
Last year i. E, march 2018 i have complained about deactivation of one assist membership, but the customer care has said that the amount rs.1800 is already taken so we will deactivate next year. This year also i have sent number of messages to deactivate. Yesterday i received a message that amount is deducted for one assist membership. Why you people are not considering my request. Pls see that my amount is repayed back. I am not in need of any services from your end. Hdfc freedom card ending 2531 Name:p.
