My name is veerabrahmam iam recently apply creditcard on online it has been apporved application time proper address not given.in this cause bluedart courier not deliver this address. Courier person told me update the address on bank. So iam change to change to address on my hdfc bank.in this bluedart tracking it is pending.in this bank was no response. I had applied for HDFC credit card and got application confirmation message. I also received messages saying that it has been des-patched via blue-dart services and got the AWB number. But that has been rejected and i still haven't got my credit card. On contacting blue-dart services, got to know that there was some pincode error from bank side and hence blue-dart team returned the same to chennai hdfc bank
HDFC customer service is pathetic and they would never connect to a customer support executive for any help. This is harassing the customer. Kindly resolve.
