hdfc fastag unable to reach anybody on toll free

Have paid for a fastag at the hdfc fastag site it has taken my cc payment and debited the a/c. But did not generate any receipt or ref number. The toll free no. Does not work neither email id or physical address. Seems a fake site. Called hdfc cc divn they have approved the payment and hdfc has nothing to do with fastag it's only a payment gateway....

My registered mobile number for payzapp is [protected]. Yesterday ie., on 3rd november i tried to send rs.5000 to my friend's payzapp number from my payzapp wallet. The transaction failed. The whole thing is explained below:-
My wallet balance before the transaction was rs.10000. But somehow two transactions happened which are showing under my recent transactions tab. One was named 'card unload' and another was a failed transaction....

constant messages of loans

Hi,

I am an hdfc customer, and i am fed up with their constant loan messages. I couldn't find a proper link from them where i can register for such complaints, looks like its a one-way road. Daily i have been receiving messages on an interval on 5 to 10 minutes loan messages which is annoying and irritating. I would like that these messages should stop immediately

Then i called customer care service of hdfc, but they said that the transaction failed and amount was already debited from my sbi account. I added 17500 in my payzapp wallet. First i transferred 5000 to my friends bank account but transaction got failed and then transfer other 5000 to other mobile number, it got transferred. First transaction was not successful, neither i got it back in my payzapp account nor to to my friends bank account but deducted from payzapp. Please refund my 5000 to my payzapp or to my friends bank account.

Or mobile no is [protected], i had added 10000.00 (2 times 5000.00) on 30th october 2017 from hdfc credit card to payzapp wallet, the amount as been deducted from credit card but it is not loaded or added to the wallet. inr 5000 deducted, but not reflected in payzapp wallet

I tried calling payzapp customer support, however failed to connect. It is always busy.

I really don't where to go, whom to call and how to fetch my money back. Please look into this concern and get it resolved at earliest.

money deducted from sbi bank and not reflecting in payzapp wallet.

I have added 10 k from sbi credit card to payzapp eallet. Money got deducted from card but not reflecte din payzapp. Kindly help me out.
I had made this transaction on 3rd november 2017.
Once money is deducted from card, it shows an error that "there is a problem encountered in the app". Money is not refunded into card. Also money is not added into payzapp. My payzap mobile number is [protected]....

cancel my updated policy

I don't remember that when i got cal from hdfc ergo insurance group.. But they issue a insurance policy with my hdfc credit card.. It happened without my willing. At lost i got a message bearing policy number [protected] on 31/10/2017 evening 7.49 pm...
Actually i don't need any policy. Please rectify the same. Cancel my policy. Save my money in my card....

unnecessary charge on credit card

I received my new card one month ago, in first statement there are some unnecessary charged for rupees 1299. When i called to customer care they didn't explain about this. It s very bad experience of your credit card. So please help me about this or if you can not solve this issue then close my credit card account. I don't want this type of ridiculous service....

I lost my money in payzapp
