Dear sir. I am ur housing loan customer since last 10 years and on 17 th oct of month i went to your meeruth to know the last balance, as i got sms to submit rs 10 759/, i met sh amit dy manager who said server not working since last 3 days, i gave him the cheque, of that amount, again ingot sms to deposit rs10096/ i phoned but no body picked the call, than i went to office at 3pm three or staff sitting there. But they said bank has closed, come on monday, i felt really very bad about the bank staff, and your services after sale o[censored]r loan product, i request you to instruct ur staff of meerut to send the statement of my loan account immediately, and improve their behaviour towards existing customers.

      Yesterday i received a call from a unknown number and she was claiming her self as a hdfc bank employee. As mentioned, her employee id :- p29492, name :- puja das.
      She first told me, there have offer to upgrade your credit limit and you don't have to pay a single money. So i said, ok. After few hours, she again called me and told me you will receive a confirmation call from a third party. Please approve that. At that time, i was confused. Anyway, i received a call from a spam number. I accepted it. From there i get to know, this a card insurance policy and i need to pay 1800 rupees. I denny that thing.
      After that, puja again called me, and told me why you are not confirming? I said i am not willing to pay 1800 rupees. Then she said bank will pay on behalf of you for the first time. At that time, i believed her note and said ok, i will confirm.
      Today, what happen is, that third party again called me and informed me that this is auto renewal process. I told them, i don't want it to be auto renewal process. Then said it can't be possible and cut the call.
      Then puja again called me, and talked so rudely. She was saying in rough tone why you wasting my time??? She even threaten me by saying if you don't do this, you will face the problem in civil file. You have to pay this.
      Then i contacted hdfc bank customer care. I blocked that card.
      After that she again called me and saying your amount will be charged on your another hdfc bank card. So again i called customer care and blocked that card also. At the time of blocking i confirmed that there no dues on both of the card.
      While talking, i asked puja to write a main what she is saying over phone. She didn't gave that. Even after asking her manager's name and mail id, she didn't gave and cut the call.

        Sir last week mai
        Hdfc life me interview kliye gya tha.
        Wha mera interview hua, ek written test hua.
        Maine sare round or test clear kr liye.
        Wha muje as a bdm select kiya gya. Or mere sare documents submit kiye gye.
        Or muje bila gya ke monday se apki training hai but saturday evening me muje call aaya ke apki training abhi postpone kr dee gyi hai 2 din ka wait kre.

        After 2day muje bola gya kee apki age abhi km hai
        So mere ko fr unhone as a broka me interview k liye bulaya
        Or wha se abhi tk koi jwaab ni aaya.

        Ab muje ye doubt hai ke agar meri age abhi km hai to unhone mere se interview q liye or exam q liya.
        Or exam k baad mere documents submit q kiya.

        Kya unhonne mere documents ka miss use kiya hai??

        Ab na bank wale mera call pik kr re hai na koi msg.

            I am nadeem using the bank account from 7-8 years and holding credit card from 3-4 years now. I always make the payment on time.               I have been facing this problem again and again.
              I have deposited a cheque on 8th of nov. 2017 in sector 78, noida branch.
              Its still didn’t get clear.
              I have a receiveable with me.
              I had made sure that it shall be clear before weekend but it didn’t.
              Irs happening every now and then.
              Its really difficult to sustain with this bank anymore.

              I don’t know why it always get delay and i am finding it bit difficult to reach customer care or any support office since its second saturday and i need my fund on urgent basis.

                Hi team i had opened a bank account in hyderabad with hdfc but soon after i shifted to pune and i closed the hdfc account in pune aundh branch, but i still recieve messages from hdfc regarding that account and yesterday i recieved a message stating that my balance is -654. But i had already closed the account. What am i supposed to do now. I have already destroyed the card and cheque books and dont have any information regarding the account number and card number but my registered mobile number is [protected].

                      As i visited lots of times to hdfc bank mayur, related to all persons mr. Yogesh, for closing of my saving account. I am ready to pay charge but they told me first close demat account and then we can close your savings account. As i visit to hdfc law college road branch to washim for demat account closing. He told me to visit hdfc securities model colony office for closing demat accounts fill up closing form & try to submit to mr. Harshal. He told me that rs 160/- charge pending. I am ready to pay all charges but proper guidance is not provided by any hdfc person. And charge are continuously added to account monthly. I am not ready to pay any monthly charges. I have to close my account today itself. Also wants changes details apply to account. All accounts closing are ready hdfc bank & hdfc securities persons are denied to accept form.

The customer care person repeatedly called me and give the wrong commitment, after that i am confirm my credit card benefit with customer care. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Debited date on 10/11/2017 so cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                              My name is chetak bhandge. This is unfortunate incident happened with me. I went 3 times to my home brach hdfc, kapurbawdi, thane. There is unknown reason, they are not changing my signature. Staff telling me it will done within 2 days, 3 days. Branch manager, ms ranade is also helpless and so rude.

                              I suggest customer not to go for this bank. This bank also have such policies, which makes problems to customers, times comes when you cannot even withdraw your own money.

                              This bank is a big frustration for the customers. Even there employees are bigger frustration. If work is not getting completed, they keep give the reasons of internal staff. They don't have any idea of team work and how to give the customer service.

                              They are always ready to tell different policies, but for withdrawal of money and signature problem, they don't have solution.

                                      My hdfc credit card was charged 800.00, 1600.00, 1200.00, and 1600.00. Total 5200.00 rs at itunes. Combill on 5th november, 2017 without any intimation to me, without my knowledge and i don't get any otp for this transaction. I have blocked card immediately. I have also submitted cardholder dispute form on the same date. Please reverse charges other wise i will never use credit card and i will stop my hdfc credit card permanently.

                                        I am a salaried indian railways employee since 2001. I have submitted twice, all the documents requires for hdfc credit card and my only telephonic confirmation done, afterwards my credit card status was showed accepted & in process but within 3 or 4 days a email i received, in this email following was mentioned -

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        Subject : your credit card application reference no. [protected]xf
                                        Thank you for your interest in hdfc bank credit card.

                                        We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

                                        Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability.

                                        We would be pleased to provide any other assistance/service that you may require.

                                        Thank you once again.
