Few days back I added the amount from HDFC credit card to payzapp.But now I am facing the problem. It is not asking the CVV number but directly showing as transaction failed.

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 9772without my concern. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

    I've got a savings account at HDFC, I was trying to withdraw money from ATM and the machine shut down. The amount was debited from the account but the cash didn't come out.
    What needs to be done in order to get the refund
    Amount deducted for failed transaction and not yet credited to our account
    I had requested for closure of my salary account still amount is being deducted every now and than. Even the branch manager is useless.

      Dear sir/mam,
      I have applied credit card through the call receive from the Hdfc and I have given my detailed of employment.
      I'm working in HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD, as SSO.
      so they told me that as u are from HDFC group your card will be free for lifetime.
      But later i found that this is a chargeable card of 590/year.and when i enquire by phonebanikng they told that your company name written as quality mansion, but this is my Office address.
      So please resolve the problem and make my card free for lifetime as promised or cancelled the card.
      One more thing one assist services active automatically with out my request and showed in my statement. I have already complaint for this issue. Please confirm me the service is deactivate or not?

        On 11/11/2017 i tried to withdraw cash from atm and at the time of cash dispensing the security guard put the power switch off. The amount is debited from account and i didnt get it from atm machine. Then the security guard call'd someone and told me you will get the amount refunded within 24 hours. I waited for sunday. But not credited. So i went to the bank in the morning itself and talked with bank staff named nithish. He told will check in atm call me. After 3 hours he call'd me and told there is a excess of the same amount in atm and you'll recieve it within 24 hours. And the very next day that is today also he told like that. Till this time my account has not credited that amount. Why your bank holding my cash. I got very worst experiance from your bank.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          When I was doing transaction around 5.30 pm on 10.10.2017 from IndusInd ATM at Gold Souk Mall, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana, at the same time a message was displayed on ATM screen that unable to process your request. As money was not dispensed I left the ATM room. But within few minutes I got a message that Rs 7000/- was deducted from my HDFC Account No. [protected]. Then I went to HDFC Bank in Peach Tree, Sushant Lok, sector-45, Gurugram where I was advised to lodge complain to online phone banker. Then as per instruction of the Bank, I called HDFC phone banker/ customer care and registered my complaint for which I got a complaint number 1419398 informing that it will be sorted out by 19.10.2017. After regular follow up with HDFC customer care both via call and email, still my problem has not been solved.

          Further, I have also submitted card holder dispute form to HDFC Bank on 30.10.2017.

          Kindly resolve the above issue at the earliest and the same may be refunded to my HDFC Account.

          I would like to see the atm CCtv footage. Beacuse when i was in the atm room money was not dispensed. Although on screen a message was displayed that unable to process request. Kindly advise me what legal procedures i have to follow to get Rs 7000 refunded to my account.

          Above response i have got from IndusInd bank. As you can see in the mail IndusInd bank has refused to entertain my complaint as I am not their customer.

          Kindly raise my complaints with IndusInd bank to show me the CCTV footage at earliest so that my money can be refunded as soon as possible.

          Still i am waiting for the CCTV footage so that i can lodge complaint in consumer court against IndusInd bank that they are not refunding my money back to my account by saying that money was successfully dispensed. I have mailed several times to IndusInd bank to show me the CCTV footage. But every time they refused by saying that i am not their customer. Hdfc bank has to raised complaint for CCTV footage. Kindly look into matter and resolve tge issue so that my money can be refunded back to my account.

          As both indusind and hdfc bank fails to provide me the CCTV footage. In that case i have to go consumer court. You are once again requested to return my money back with interest.

            I tried to transfer Rs.200 from my payZapp wallet to my Indian Bank account On 01.11.17 at 07.08pm - transaction failed due to incorrect IFSC code. But, still my amount not returned/ refunded to my Wallet. Take necessary action and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                Please remove the dead monkey near the transformer at hdfc bank ltd, pranay towers lucknow (Currency chest) as foul smell is spreading fast all around. Please arrange to lift it up and dispose it. It is very urgent, since there is regular movement of the employees & security staff at currency chest unit.                   Dear sir/madam, i have a hdfc credit card which i stopped using more than 1 year. Due to my financial problem my outstanding becomes -52k and my credit limit is 40k.in collection department they asked me to pay the amount and i have requested for settlement. They convinced me and i have paid and bring my card into the limit, after that i have regularly paid monthly due, but my available limit was not increased. I have contacted customer service and collection department and they asked me to pay more amount so that my card won't gets block. They told me that immediately pay amount now through executive or else ur card will gets permanently blocked. I borrowed from my friends and paid 10k. Then after a week i tried to swipe the card and it doesn't work. I have contacted customer service, they told that my card has been permanently blocked a month ago. They have cheated me and make me stress and asked to pay the amount. That time my available limit is 11k. Then i asked them for settlement from july. Customer service provide me some number and i contact them, they provide a number.. Like wise i got call from some landline number, i have explained to whomever called me. Finally they said that they can't do settlement as my data was not assigned to them. I request to unblock my card but they said it's not possible. They asked me not to pay 2 months due so that i will be in their list after that i can process for settlement. Same like i haven't pay the due. Then regularly i only was begging them for payment and settlement. Now they doing harassment through whatsapp that my name in cibil will be in blacklist. Last month without any intimations they hold my hdfc account so that i couldn't able to pay my personal loan due and two wheeler due. It gets bounced and i need to pay bouncing charges for these 3 months for both loans. Now according to my statement my available credit is 4, 978 and outstanding is 34, 942. The guy asking me to pay 25k for settlement in 5 installments. For more than 1 year i'm paying only interest more than my 50k. Then how the settlement will be 25k. Again the people cheating me and threatening me... I have lost lot of money because of this. As a female i don't have job right now.. But i contacted them to finish off this issues. I lost the money, they just asking sorry for wrongly informed and collected money. Now my outstanding is 34, 942. Please help me for 50% amount for settlement that i have lost money bcoz of them and my account is holded, plz release that that i have to pay bouncing charges nearly 5k for both dues. Plz consider this and do waiver for settlement as soon as possible. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have contacted customer service from this number. You can verify the voice call from 5 months back for the proof they cheated me.

                    I have been requesting to release the lean from my debit account and keep getting calls from your team to make a payment, i have clearly mentioned about my health issues to various people still they are incompetent to pass on the same information on records, request you to help me in settling the account and getting rid of the harassment i am going through from the last 3months.

                      Recently i have noticed that payzapp is charging 2% of service charge with gst 18 % for the amount which you transfer from payzapp to your bank account. Example, if you send rs. 5000 to your bank, then you will be charged rs.100 service charge and rs.18 as gst totally rs 118. So it is waste o[censored]sing this payzapp.

                      And they not even provided pre intimation to me, otherwise i haven't loaded my money into that app.

                        I asked for a refund from payumoney which was initiated on 6 november and i got the confirmation mail for the same.
                        Payment id :[protected]
                        The refund proceess usually takes 3-5 working days. However, the amount is still not credited to my bank account.
                        When i contacted payumoney again, they provided me with an arn number
                        74678447311000002736091. Am not getting any response from the bank end.

                              Nitesh estates had launched a project nitesh british columbia in bangalore. They had opened an escrow account in hdfc bank

                              A/c number :[protected]. (Kasturba road bangalore)

                              We were asked to pay the funds to this escrow account. We paid around 10lacs in 2013 & 2014.

                              Now the project is cancelled in june 2017. We have not yet got our money back.
                              Can they withdraw all the amount from this escrow account, if yes then how come hdfc bank allowed it?

                                Even after choosing dnd from hdfc bank site, i still get the call for personal loans and credit cards.. This is really frustrating. If you doesnt care about choosing dnd option then why you kept it!

                                Surprisingly its just hdfc who is calling even after i activated dnd and rest of the banks stopped calling me.

                                Last call i got from [protected] - after 11th day from activating dnd. You guys are really making my life miserable.

                                  I, shourya singh, a citibank card holder on 12/11/2017 (12th november) i received a message from citibank that an amount of rs. 10, 000/- had been withdrawn from by citibank account of which i am unaware.
                                  *i visited the hdfc bank atm booth near my home in sector -14 huda market, gurgaon on 12/11/2017. The atm booth has 3 atm machines.
                                  *i entered the atm room at around 3:15 p. M. And went to the interior most machine for withdrawal of an amount of rs. 2500/-. When i entered i noticed a man wearing a red shirt already standing inside the booth.
                                  *when i proceeded to insert the card into the atm machine, while inserting the debit card, the slot for insertion seemed to be jammed and afterwards the machine did not respond.
                                  *the man who had been already standing informed me that the machine was not working and asked me to withdraw from the first machine in the row (He was standing facing the first machine). Assuming that the machine would not respond i took my card and went on to withdraw from the first atm machine.
                                  *during the time i was withdrawing from the atm machine, the man was standing behind me. Initially i tried to withdraw rs. 2500 from the atm, the man saw my transaction amount and told me that the machine is dispensing only 2000 rs. Notes. So, i changed my withdrawal amount to 4000 rs. And completed the transaction at 3:17 p. M.
                                  Afterwards, i received a message that an amount of rs. 10, 000/- has been debited from my account from the same atm booth at 3:20 p. M.
                                  *i fail to understand why was a man allowed to stand inside the booth to watch any person's atm pin and transaction amount. Also, there was no indication that the machine was not functioning properly.
                                  *from my understandings the man saw my atm pin and then went on to withdraw from the machine which was not responding in the beginning (Which he had jammed purposefully).
                                  HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I opened demat account in the month of august - 2016. It got disabled 6 months back. I got a letter from hdfc securities - to sumbit my kyc form. I have submitted twice but the account is still disabled. I also approached my sr. Relational manager (Chennai) but he is asking me to pay rs 1299. The question is why should i pay again? The mistake is in your side. I would definitely say this is the worst trading portal in india.

                                      Hi sir,

                                      This is regarding a credit card that i have taken from you people, kindly ask your employees to learn how to speak to elders as there is a lot of abusive language, this is the number and name of the agent who keeps calling vinay kumar from hdfc [protected], now he is calling my office and abusive my hrs in my company, without a job i would not be able to pay so please take action or i will not make any payments to you people.

                                      Nikhil khader is the name on my card, i dont have the card details.

                                        Amount deducted from account while transferring amount to other account but same same is neither credited to transferred account nor refunded to my account also. Pl look into immdly and do the needful.
