[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card lien / account placed in hold

Hi

HDFC bank placed my account on hold and when I checked, they said they put on hold because I didn't paid the CC due amount. But I already paid the amount on December 31st and they said it will take another 4-5 working days to release my account... However, my other loan EMI's due on the coming days and due to this hold my other EMI will get bounced and it will impact my credit score. When I checked with HDFC, they said they can't do anything, and they said it's my fault, so you have to face it.

Is ther any option to release account as early as possible?
