[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card no. [protected] fraud issue | |||
R/Customer care Team, This in reference to the cited subject, i would like to invite your kind attention that recently i have applied for loan against property to ORIX Leasing & Finance Limited. On scrutiny of my documents it reveals that my CIBIL report is showing very poor score i.e. 550 which is due to overdue amount of credit card Rs.2276 and status of which is write-off, while fact is that subject credit card was not issued to me till date . Therefore, i requested to CIBIL to provide the details of credit card from where its reveal that credit card have been issued by your bank having card no. [protected]. Therefore, i contact to your customer care for further enquiry regarding this credit card and upon this they inform that the said credit card was issued with car loan application in March 2017 while fact is that till date i have not received this credit card.Apart from this your bank has issued credit shield insurance policy for Rs. 870/- from this credit card which was also not received by me till date . In nutshell, till date i have not received any communication /message from your bank for for issue of this credit card and dues against it. In this whole scenario, my CIBIL report showing delay payment day of 178 days against this credit card which is not tolerable for me. Indeed it is very shocking that how a so reputed bank can commit such a great mistake and play with goodwill of customers. It is absolutely a case of fraud which i can`t accept it at any cost. Therefore, it is my humble request you to kindly look in the matter and arrange to cancel the card immediately & reverse the all due payment against this credit card and also request you to kindly take up the matter with CIBIL to remove all DPD & write-off status. I once again request you to kindly resolve all the issues immediately without any further reminder, otherwise i will take legal action against your bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
