I m raju and today my concern about my hdfc credit card problem in which i am facing issues from last 15days no one take care of this problem so many times i have been mailed and calling them they are simply saying wait for 24 to 48hrs we will resolve but still the issue is not yet resolved main thing is i having credit limit of 150000rs i which i have smart emi options they have been removed and recently i invented the money into brother operation and he is hospitalized and i am not able to pay on time that's why i said i will pay the amount on emi but they are not responding from last 15days already time is gone and today is last day to pay the amount please help me for my concern i want to convert this pending amount into smart emi so that i can clear the amount whenever i mailing they are normally response like you don't have a smart emi offer in your account when i am holding this card from last 6months from that time i am not having any offer's they are just cheating with me please help me my due date is 05/05/19
