Lot of charges has been accounted to my savings account with related to balance for the month of March 2019, 3 consecutive times, no further explanation has been given by bank employees.instead of cancellation.they have charged me with extra rs.600 extra for my query.previous complaints made, no action or intiative taken till date.uselss banking...

I have taken a top up on my previous personal loan emi of which were being deducted from my saving account in pnb. Now at the time of top up they forcibly opened an account in hdfc saying that i can close the said account after three months. Now the main problem occured although m paying all emi online coz m unable to operate that account in hdfc, i came to know that my account despite my repeated requests has not been converted in loan account...

Im hdfc bank holder since i opened account there is not any deduction till march 2019 after that i have credited my account with 3000. I got a call from hdfc bank that you have a offer for free credit card. Your card is lifetime free. We will will not charge you any kind of fee or annual fee. But after my card received any month i got debited rs 500 + 90 gst as a membership fee of hdfc card. I talk many times to hdfc regarding this why you charge membership fee if you have done promise to customer.

I had requested for a demand draft online through hdfc netbanking and sent it directly to the admissions office of a reputed college because hdfc gives you an option to do so.

Now, the college wants the dd number to track it since it will receive thousands of dds. I went to the hdfc branch in ecospace bengaluru and he said that we cannot give you the dd number.

2500 was credited to my account on april 14th through phone pe app and i have checked with the phone pe support team they have transferred the amount from their end. Also the sender has received an update on hdfc account and even the amount is debited from their account and even the account statement has been updated as debited for them. I was notified on phone pe that my account was credited with 2500 but hdfc statement does not show any...

I have salary account with HDFC bank, was not able to redeem the reward points, all the rewards points which i earned on debit card are showing in negative (-), When i approached a nearest branch they said they cant do anything regarding cashback reward points and told to contact customer care but unable to contact customer care executive from toll free number....

I am rajesh bhagat from pune. My personal loan in hdfc from apr 2017.
I have taken a loan about 2.92 lakh that time but at that time only 2.0 remaining. From last month i am jobless. sir i paid all emi on time except this april 2019 month, sir plz my condition very bad at that time.

Today at hdfc atm i was about to withdraw money but during cash receiving moment atm power went off and cash deducted from my account and not credited yet, the person at atm somehow manage to take out the card from the atm but told me cash to be credited which not yet happened, kindly help me to get back my 5k cash as I need it urgently.

HDFC bank system did unauthorized transactions for the month of FEB, MARCH, APRIL to APSPDCL e-bill automatically. it deducted my amount of 842+1051+793 for the payment o[censored]nkwon E-bill account. I request you please help me in this case and refund the amount from HDFC bank.

I had salary account in hdfc bank, after i left my job due to no salary credit for 3 months, my account turn to be normal saving account. And bank started to levy penalty for non maintenance of minimum balance and deducted my money.
But even after reaching zero balance in my account bank keeps on levying penalty and as of today my account shows negative balance (-10k).

But as per rbi guidlines.

We are getting rental for an edc machine tid[protected] which is not installed with us. When we complained to the bank, they are giving us a monotonous reply that its installed with us and we need to check our premises.

When we asked for transaction/ service history to prove that machine is installed with us, they are not able to provide the same. We want refund of the entire wrongly charged rental along with service charge,...

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1515 without my concern on date 11/04/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
