I received a CALL TOday morning from HDFC CUSTOMER CARE team, they asked me to do the monthly payment due, I said I will do it as soon as I receive the Salary, he said, he checked the account and I have received the salary 30 mins back. I was surprised, then told him that I will do the Payment by evening, once I log out of the office. After 15 mins I received a call again, again same story, after that I started getting a call every 5 mins(as I was in a client meeting, the phone was at silent mode)

Finally after an hour I picked the call and told the guy named PAWAN(the telecaller) and he asked me to talk to the Manager and convey the same thing to her, as soon as she took the call, she started shouting at me, her name is NIRMALA BALCHANDRA, HDFC BANK, 8/24, Salco Centre
Richmond Rd
Bengaluru - 560025.

She was so rude and abusive, I couldnt speak a word.
How people can be so pathetic and ###. I mean seriously, we are your customers, not labours.

I am also filling a complaint against Nirmala Balachandran so that strict actions are taken against her and at least she learns basic Talking and social skills.

    Hi,

    My name is sabina antulay. And you collector is harassing and abusing me constantly. Her name is smitha . M trying my best to get a resolution apparently all your representative is doing is calling me 80times a day even on a sunday. And on election day . And if thats not enough she said that she will harass me as hdfc bank has informed her to do so. I guess if i dont get a solution and this harassing doesnt stop i will be taking major steps which will include FIR against smitha who is ok to tell me i can suicide and she just wants funds .[protected] cust id .

      Sir i visited the branch of 20th april for opening of account in the bank and after 2 days all documentation was completed by me but till my account was not opened properly and moreover when the concern person Mr saurabh i m contacting to him he was mis guiding me and every time he told me to fill a new form or come to bank for solution.As i m 60 years old is this good to behave with me by the bank.

        Dear sir, madam
        I am a HDFC bank credit card holder. the bank has auto debited Rs. 2999.00 from my credit card number ending with 2565, without my concern on date 20/4/2019 which shows MFEE for one assist.
        I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership, so its a request that please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs. 2999.00
        If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.
        This is totally unacceptable from HDFC bank.
        Kindly refund my money.

        They said issue was resolved but so far i didn't get the money to my account.They are literally saying they are not able to cancel the services.from last three years they are not even communicate with me either post or mail but they are auto renewal the service with out my knowledge.After complaint they send me the courier to my office.this is how they are cheating the public.this is the reason most of the customers are not willing to use credit cards.even after the requesting also they are not even consider the request of customer.this is how they are sucking the blood of customers it seems..kindly resolve this issue.please dont call me and disturb again and again ..

          Me priyanka panchal want to make a complaint against Hdfc Bank khandwa branch.the Employees in this bank are harrased and the life becomes hell after joining this bank.
          employees are not allowed to take leave even if they have sufficient balance also they have been told by the Branch Managers" leave is not your right" i think HDFC bank Hr has forgotton that there exist Labour office.
          Employees has to work till late hours from 9 to 10-11-12 which is against the employement rule and they even don't get any overtime allowance for that.
          i would like to get this into notice of the MD of the bank Mr.Aaditya Puri.
          HDFC bank has forgotton that it has established the topmost position only because of their employees and they r least bothered...
          HDFC bank has started the new policy now a days they ask their employees to close the "batch" exactly on 7.00 but they ask employees to work late after that.the idea behind closing batch is employees should leave branch by 7.00 but there is not a single day when employees can go home on 7.00.
          specially in khandwa (m.p)branch this harrasment has reached at the highest point employees are fed up and searching for the new job or just quitting.
          honarable Mr.Aditya Puri please take a look at this situation otherwise it will be very dangerous for the coming future.

            jio recharge failed but money deducted

            Today morning-30 april, I tried to recharge Jio number by loading money in Jio app from my credit card. Money got deducted but I couldn't see the amount in Jio wallet. so since that was emergency I recharged once again using my credit card. Then I called Jio customer care to raise a complain they said they received money only once and that was used for recharge so no money to show in Jio wallet. But money was deducted twice from my credit...

            Hdfc bank and all people say it's big brand but i say it's so much low brand for employees.. Specially low level employees who are doing job as a teller, sales etc. Bm, cluster head they just play politics so much mentally torture so thatswhy high turnover. Even they use abusive language infront of customer. There is no respect in hdfc bank. Sales sales and only sales even for teller as well. I don't know teller count the cash or convince the product

              I have been trying to conduct my work at
              office sincerely and punctually at all times
              from the beginning. I have tried to complete
              the assignments given to me to the best

              possible outcome that can happen with
              current expertise and skills. However, my
              immediate senior officer Mr vishal baniwal. has been

              very rude and unprofessional to me at work. I
              would have not considered such behavior
              rude unless I have strong reasons to believe
              so. I would not mind certain scoldings and
              anger from my senior official in the course of
              conducting daily affairs if it was for genuine
              reasons and purely relating to my work
              performance or conduct at work. He would
              humiliate me in front of many employees just
              for the sake of a good laugh. He would start
              rudely behaving with me in the department
              over a small matter of work.

                      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, suddenly my father expired in 6th feb 2017 after left my job for some reasons and after all responsibility of my family on me my family lives in varanasi. So, i am arriving in varanasi, after approx 2 years we came in kolkata for living and transfer my lpg connection from my father name for my name, suddenly, iam shocked my subsidy amount transferred in my salary account
                      they continue deducted my dbtl subsidy after check my account which is showing negative balance = -8468.27 (Without informing me or warning me), i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account.

                      According to new rbi guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine.
                      Where should i approach now, please help.

And i got message regarding about the refund (1187.2/- rs) that it will be funded within 5-7 business days. It’s been 10 days since i cancelled my ticket till now money is not refunded.

                          Unauthorized transactions are happening from my credit card without my knowledge. This happened with my card during oct - nov 2018. I reached out the bank and continuous follow ups, they cancelled the card and reversed the wrongly debited amount to my account. Customer care executives assured me that on shifting to a new card these fraudulent transactions will not be repeated.
                          On their request, i was issued a new credit card by hdfc during dec 2018 and the same was not delivered to me till 3rd march 2019 because of some address issues as per hdfc records. (As claimed by customer care executives). But there is an unauthorized transaction of rs. 1417.5/- during 20th dec 2018. The transaction happened even before the card was delivered and i realised the same while checking the statement on 14th feb 2019. Despite continuous follow ups with the customer care team, they had not provided me with any solution nor responding properly.
                          Since the transaction happened even before was delivered i doubt that the customer care people themselves are involved in these transactions or the customer credentials are being leaked.
                          Requesting to take proper action on those responsible and help me recover my amount wrongly deducted.

                            I paid rs 500 against the hdfc fastag for my car, untill now there is no update from hdfc side.

                              I'm applying for the 2nd time and it got rejected again. I have good cibil score above 750 and have 1 cc already. Why don't you mention it clearly about the problem?

                              Here is the mail i've received.

                                Address: C-126,LGH LAJPAT NAGAR -II ,SOUTH DELHI, 110024

                                Rs:- 2, 124.02 and include tax 94.46 shown deducted against my credit card a/c no. [protected] and shown paid to hdfc ergo general insurance as reflected in your a/c statement dated.09/04/2019, ergo general insurance intimated that they have got no evidence with them for such amount. Please confirm how the above amount has been shown deducted
                                From my credit card a/c with any consent from my side.

                                  Recently i took a superbike loan on basis of condition that it is interest free, the showroom along with the bank had an offer of 0% interest so i opted for it. But when i received email about the loan repayment schedule with attached pdf document, when i saw it was showing repayment with interest like almost 7%.

                                  I would have never opted for loan if it was with interest.

                                    Status: processor down

                                    I have done imps transaction on 24th apr 2019, it's 29 apr 2019, amount debited but still not credited to beneficiary's account, status is still processor down.
                                    While doing transaction i got message that server timedout. Called bank may times, but no resolution. They are telling that you will get money in your account automatically, but still no money received by me.
