I have been using hdfc credit card for more than 2 and a half years while offering me the card the representative mentioned the card to be lifetime free, but now after 2 and half years, i am seeing membership fee (Around 3000/-) added in my statement. After contacting the customer care they say that they have a signed document of me accepting the charges, but i never signed any document related to the membership fee.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    fake transaction

    I have received a message from hdfc bank "your card *1516 is debited to hdfc bank credit card for rs. 999.00 in mumbai at amazon1258399 on 02/05/2019, 11.01 pm, this is not an authenticated transction as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12." i also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.999. I want my money back as its a fraud transaction. Please help me out...

      My amazon refund is initiated by 25 april and it should be reflected in my bank account by 2nd may but the money is not initiated in bank account. Provide me a an authorization code [refund reference number] and asked me to call bank customer care if the customer care unable to locate refund status then asked me to diapute as refund not processed.

        Credit card no. 00434677xxxxxx9562. Your employee applied for credit card by misguiding me that my target is short by one card. There will not be any problem to u in future. I have asked to send the same person who come to me for card application but he have not meet me till now. I have never used this card, u r issuing statement outstanding rs. 45056.47 please remove the demand by viewing the details from issue of credit card. I have returned the card to jalandhar branch b/s narinder cinema after few days when i got it.
        Please resolve the issue otherwise i will go to consumer court as u r creating bad image of mine in the market.

          Hello team.
          I got a call from quickr on behalf of hdfc bank for recruiting. They asked me to pay rs.1650/- for security and stuff. When i have asked them if rs.1650 is altogether refundable then for what purpose they are taking it, they doesn't have proper answer to that. Although i haven't paid it, as i was aware of these type of frauds, but someone else can easily become fool. I have shared his no. Please look in to the matter.

            Hello

            Recently hdfc bank has been giving me too many problems. Especially when i am in abroad right now. Yesterday i logged into my hdfc online banking and was not able to transfer any funds or perform phone recharges and then i sent my family member to branch and what they told us that hdfc has stopped debits from my accounts to which they were unable to provide any reason. What happens to my balance in case of debit freeze? What happens to my hdfc business loan installments which is due after 2 days? How can i contest the status? After many calls they are still unable to provide me valid reason behind this. How can i solve it being in abroad?

            Also HDFC bank DO NOT ask me to email to the TALKTOUS email. I already did it and they're not responding ! I have also forwarded to grievance team. No response ! Just tell me what happen to my pending installments in case of debit freeze. I hope they will be debited from my account as the loan is provided my HDFC itself !

              I have been following up with hdfc crdit card phone banking and through email on customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com,
              [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

              I have confirmation on mail with the reference no - [protected] about a week ago (26th april'19).

              I have made several call to the phone banking department but they dont have any answer to my query.

              The refund amount is 2287 dated 5th arpil'19 and i have shared all the tracking number through mail with hdfc emails ids.

              This is with reference to your email dated May 05, 2019 and our subsequent interim response dated May 07, 2019 regarding your HDFC Bank credit card account.

              We understand from your mail that you are expecting refund of Rs. 2287.00 incurred at M/s Flipkart . We note from our records that the transaction initially was approved for Rs. 5430.00 at M/s flipkart .However the same has been billed to card account for only for Rs. 3143.00 post deducting the refund of Rs. 2287.00 on April 05, 2019.

                Customer care services very very bad service,

                They will tell we will call back but never tired to call

                Before making the payment they keep calling more than 10 times in day after making we need to keep calling them but nobody responds to our call. I am totally disappointed with the service i'm getting frequent sms messages from credit mantri. They are group of fraud person and company.

                They even do not have contact medium on their website. How shame of the founder of this company. Really a fuddu one, who hire such talented people for online marketing.

                Please remove my number from all kind of promotion.

                    An amount of rs 826 has been debited on 12th april 2019 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges 12 april 2019 from my saving account.

                    I am not using demat account and not any declare to open my end and this is happening by hdfc bank.
                    I am very irritating from hdfc bank more than 5 year to deduct my balance for depository charges.

                    I am not only to getting problem this issues but more and more peoples are facing this problem.

                    Kindly exterimily request, to higher level for cancel licence of hdfc bank.

                      Dear hdfc team,

                      You need to resolve my issue on priority because this is a major issue. I also struggle with that every month. Every month hdfc charged amb charge from my hdfc saving account and everymonth i need to raise complaints for waiver. Waiver also be done with hdfc but after raising complaints.

                      236 rupees charged by hdfc on my salary account as amb charges.

                      Need to waive the same amount within 2 working days. I’m not able to handle hdfc bank account due to unprofessional behaviour.

                      I need my money back on urgent basis and you need to do the same on first priority. My money is not for hdfc donation and do not repeat that kind of things, you need to behave like professionals.

                      And do not mark my complaints resolved until waiver done.

                        Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -18714.56 balance.
                        The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its -18714.56 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                        I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                        Plz juistice to me. -18714.56 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?

                          This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                          An amount of rs 53.10 has been debited on 12th april 2019 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges mar[protected]' on demat account.

                          I am aghast to see this has happened without consent with customer and when the demat account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free except transnational fee + brokerage fee. This is clear exploitation of customers. It was never mentioned about 'depository charges'!!

                            Your bank has charged so many irrelevant charges which almost sum up up to 10-12k.
                            .infact your credit officer confirmed us that my amount has converted into EMI, which later on refused to adjust from the principal .
                            I would never recommend any one to associate with such bank and I'll make sure that if anyone has account, they will close the services with you soon.

                              An amount of rs. 615 was deducted from my hdfc savings bank account on 19th apr, 2019. The narration was hdfc standard li pos debit.

                              Also, a quaterly deduction of rs. 17.70 is made with the narration
                              Inst-alert chg inc gst jan-mar2019.

                              Both these deductions were happening without any prior intimation.
                              This kind of harrassment is not expected from a reputed organisation.

                                To my mobile no. A call received by me. Questioned as p. Chandrasekaran or v. Chandrasekaran. I nothing said. Latter, i was informed that account transferred to term deposit and then account had been frozen. I approached concern branch when it turned down to answer then nodal officer, sundar for four times, since january this year. No legal issues to me. But account had been frozen. Senior manager dhanalakshmi contacted me and said query placed to retrieve the order and dada not available here. When get answer to our query your problem shall be solved. Her statement routine one, as predecessor since january. Shall she take one year? I have doubt any mafia gang behind staffs to targeting non operated accounts to swindle amount. Please give the time frame to solve the problem.

                                  Dear sir / madam,
                                  This mail is in reference of misbehavior of your recovery associate mr bhupendra gupta and ms. Rajshri.
                                  Ms. Rajshri called me for the payment of hdfc bank credit card no [protected]. I had told her that i will not make the payment till i receive my new card as the new card has expired in november 2018. Even i had requested to deliver the new card to my residence address. Every time i get the response that the new card will be delivered to your residence in the next 10 days, but i had never received. Thus i had told them very clearly that i will not make the payment till i receive my new card. I told her that i don’t know whether the card is with the bank or it has been delivered to some other person where the chances of misusing is very high. While speaking rajshri was just scolding and insulting and even she responded that be prepared for the consequences just like how goons give ultimatum.
                                  The same thing was mr. Bhupendra gupta coming to my house and started scolding at my wife for the payment of my hdfc card no. [protected]. My wife told him that wait we will connect you with me. He was not ready to listen and insulting my wife.

                                    I have been wrongly charged 10, 000 thrice on the mobikwik. Even though i had told the bank to block my card. I have sent numerous mails to bank, to rbi ombudsman but nothinh has happened.
                                    I got a call from number ([protected]) on 22nd february, it seemed to me that this is from a job portal (www.jobonshine.com). they asked me to fill in the details on line for deducting rs 10/-. When i filled the details - soon after there were 3 transactions of rs 10, 000/- each. I got a call from[protected]From chennai) and i was informed about these 3 transactions, i asked them to cancel it immediately.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      This is with reference to late fee charges and finance charges. I had taken hdfc card recently and the first bill was to be paid on 3rd april, and i had deposited the cheque in your ghatkopar branch before due date. As i had lost my card, with the help of customer care executive i took the credit card no and had given the cheque on time. As the cheque did not come to my account i myself visited your ghatkopar branch to find out why the cheque is not come to my account. When bank customer care executive call your person, he said that he just received the cheque that was on 10th of april. I am unnecessary charged late fee charges of 800+144 gst and finance charges of rs.327.60 and 121.33. Request to way off the charges.

                                      Why should we pay such heavy charges, if i have done the payment of time.

                                      Request to do the needful and revert back.

                                      We wish to clarify that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.
