I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding unauthorized Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) charges on my credit card, 5372 xxxx xxxx 0796 Despite not providing any consent or authorization for such transactions, these EMIs have been deducted from my credit card account without my knowledge or permission.
I have attached copies of my credit card statements highlighting the unauthorized EMI deductions for your reference. I have also contacted my credit card issuer, HDFC BANK, regarding this matter, but they have not provided a satisfactory resolution.
I request your intervention to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the credit card issuer for their unauthorized deductions. I also request a refund of the unauthorized EMI amounts deducted from my credit card account.
I would appreciate it if you could expedite this matter and provide me with a resolution at the earliest.
