My credit card no is [protected]. I have made a payment for the above credit card using billdesk for the month of january 2019 on 13th january 2019. Payment amount rs 52137. Payment done from canara bank account[protected]. Amount is debited from my account but status of transaction has not come since acknowledgement of payment has not come neither email has come.
