HDFC Bank — credit card reward points online redemption doesn't work

Whenever we use this online redemption process, everything works ok till you place order.. I. E. You select the product, add it to cart, click on cart, you see the item then you click on the checkbox for terms and condition for redemption and click on "proceed to redeem"... Here another box displays asking confirmation for placing order. It has two options. And ideally your order is confirmed after clicking on "ok".. But nothing happens on clicking on ok... The only button works is "cancel"... So now a days its almost equivalent to fake redemption process...

I am trying to redeem the point to buy the product. However there is major issue. The details are as follows.
I login into credit card, click on Redeem reward points, it opens new window (https://onlineccredemption.hdfcbank.com/Prima_CustomerPortal/frmViewShoppinCart.aspx). Here I select the product and click on "Add to cart". The product is added into cart. Then I click on cart. It shows the cart (item, delivery address, checkbox for accepting terms and button Redeem Now). I check the checkbox. Another small window opens asking "Are you sure you want to redeem points with selected items? ". It is two options "OK" and "Cancel". Nothing happens on clicking OK. The only button works is Cancel (which cancels your online redemption of points). I hope you will look into this, otherwise I have to move to other credit card.

As you mentioned, I tried to share the details regarding issue, however, it didn't work, every time after entering all the details it showed error as following error

Does this means that the way to report the issue is blocked ?
I tried getting the redeem points.. this problem remain as it is without any fix. Initial error was your pop-up is blocked. please do disable to continue. I have disabled pop-up as suggested but still site is not getting loaded even after disabling the pop-up. Its a blank page without any error message. Looks like some bugd and they did not take any action to fix itl
