Cashback of 1500 rs not received on purchasing mi phone. The date is 14th december 2019. The transaction id is 13116480 at sneh communications new delhi at mi store in ambience mall.

It was promised that cashback of inr 1500 will be provided but so far nothing has been received on my account and it has been more than 1.5 months. I also have a copy of the bill.

    Sir, i am aniket i get call from naukari.com that my profile is selected by hdfc bank for office staff job. They ask for 1399 rupees for process fee. They tell that bank will call you that you are selected for interview. Bank call me. Then they ask for money i give him money by phone pe app. Sir i am very poor my condition is not so good please do something. I am single person who want employment. Please do something.

If any such entity fraudulently representing HDFC Bank approaches you, please refrain from responding to them and do not pay any fee/charges/payment to them.

      I had purchased an 2 iphone 11 pro max 1 iphone 11 pro and 1 apple watch series 5 using hdfc cashback offer on 14/10/2019
      The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 128 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details
      Its a fraud!

        Term life policy was chosen by self on nov' 2019 and the payment was made in nov'19, but since i had rejected the proposal by hdfc life in dec'19, the refund should have been received by me long back, but even after 2 months my refund is not received and the customer care is quoting the same phrase every time i contact them, instead of resolving the issue. Request a speedy action on the same.

However, the renewal fee will be auto reversed when your card usage spend during the previous 12 months period exceeds Rs. 50, 000.00. Our records indicates that you have not used the card for transactions as per the spend criteria. We regret our inability to accede your request for reversal. We request you to use your credit card for the aforesaid spend limit to get the renewal fee waiver on future renewals.

                My register number is [protected] i'm hadfc bank. Hdfc bank block my account without any conformation even i am not a defaulter it's almost 2 years old account and and when i contact nobody give me answer why the blocked it. Now i want to know the reason why hdfc bank block my account please help me asap. Customer service people said visit branch and branch people said talk to customer service. This kind of mental harassment they are doing with me.

                  I would like to say that i have a fasttag of axis bank. I have intiated a recharge of 500 through upi id which is netc. [protected]@hdfcbank but the amount not credited to my axis bank fasttag. As i told amount has been gone to hdfc bank fasttag ltd. So kindly refund my money or credit the amount to my axis bank fasttag account.

                      I ordered for hdfc fastag on 9.1.20. Application reference no hfr01343534. I received no confirmation mail. On calling customer care they gave a confirmation mail. Today is 43rd day. I till have not received hastag. Everytime i enquired, they told that it is under process. My one friend applied through paytm, he received within 7 days. I am doubting the authenticity of hdfc.

                        Hi my name is gomtisharan and i have one hdfc bank credit card since 3 years. Hdfc bank always charge heavy extra amount on each month statement either in the form of interest or late fee. I am fed up today when i look at the statement even after making full amount payment of this card before generating the statement after making call to customer care. They have charged 1830 as a finance charges and when i call to customer care they said sir i am taking your request for reversal but it is depend on bank if they reverse this amount or not. Now my question is if you impose the finance charges even for a single day then how customer can close this card because if he make the payment and after that atleast 48-72 hours required to update this payment in their ststem. During these 2-3 days they again charge interest so it means you can not close this card because always there is some amount due for payment. I would like to request you please provide me contact number of consumer forum so i can call him and can register my complaint for this bank.

                          Smartbuy website flight deals are way different from what the travel website shows. For eg, a flight costing 10k in travel website is shown as 15k in smartbuy and then 20-30% offers are given. Also there is a price surge always only after you enter all details and are seconds away from payment.

                                today also they are saying wait for this week. Am not sure how can HDFC simply lock us like this, am not able to apply else where, after they are incapable of delivering fastag they are proving they are also not capable of simple canceling it.
                                Kindly suggest whom can we approach to get rid of this problem.

                                Have mailed to that mail id on 13th Feb asking to cancel as per their customer care suggestion, after waiting for two weeks but they didn't cancel. When called yesterday they said I have to do it with OTP, still it's not cancelled...am not able to apply anywhere.

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0330 without my concern on date:20/02/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                    I had applied for hdfc home loan and paid a processing fee of ₹5900 but hdfc couldn't fullfill my requirements and any amount was not sanctioned and other that i had applied with another bank and successfully sanctioned and disbursed. Then i asked hdfc to refund my processing fee they said please drop mail on trailing mail and i did that but after several reminders and complaint on hdfc website and grivelance but there is no response and update from there side.
                                    I request to refund my processing fee of ₹5900/- please get in touch with me on [protected]
