[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card settled and paid full amount but still reflecting in my cibil as a negative mark | |||||
As per hdfc customer executive guidelines i have settled the credit card and paid the full amount as thy given time for 6 months instalment but after i have paid the amount still it is reflecting in my cibil as a negative account. After that i have spoken with customer care regarding this to close the negative updated in my cibil, saying that i have to pay 25000.00r rs, Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I had a call with one of your staff, but she is not given satisfaction answer, she told that i have to pay Rs.22349 and said will charge every month 1.5% interest.
after settlement the amount is remaining amount is Rs.9076.84 if you charged 1.5% on the remaining amount also it should not reach to Rs.22349. even i have asked the chargeable history which is you charged on monthly based till date she is not ready to clarified.
i have paid almost double amount, which is i have used the card till the date, so i will the remaining amount that is Rs.9076.84 not more then this. or else
I should write a mail to Aditya Poori after that i will do the Police complaint HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
