[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card statement not received | |||||
I have hdfc credit card. Last one year i am trying to update my mobile number and email address. Every time bank rejected my application because of signature mismatch. I have already send signature mismatch form with my signature proof (Pan card) but still they rejected my application. My credit card last four digit : 8778 When i am not paid statement, they call me my new mobile number but they not update my mobile number. Last six month i have not received my credit card statement and every month they called me and collected amount for minimum payment. And every time they charge me late fee or other charge. I don't know my statement amount for payment. This is affected in my cibil report. Was this information helpful? | |||||
