[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card status shows decline

Dear sir,

I would like to tell you that, i applied an application to get the hdfc credit card, its been around more than one week.
After getting the reference number from hdfc bank behalf, i tried to check the status on their respective site.
Before it was showing inprocess and today when i was checking then i found it is decline.
Even i can assure you that, i gave the documents which was true to the best of my belief.
I gave more than 6 months my bank statement.
Main thing is that i didn't get any information about that application has been declined on hdfc bank behalf.
I tried couple of times to co-ordinate with customer care, but can't able to connect with them.

I would like to request you that please resolve this issue asap.

Hi there,
Today I received a mail from HDFC bank, the written things are mentioned below:

"We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the Bank's internal credit policy (which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes ( which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications)."

I am quite sure, whatever the documents which I have submitted, were true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
I know this was my first credit card which I applied for, but to get the such kind of response from HDFC which is so complicated to understand.
I mean it is difficult to find out where is the fault actually.
Why they won't to give a concrete reason for cancellation ?
If they can, then this will be helpful for me as well to someone else to get improve over there.
Please do the needful for me and I am requesting you that kindly re-check my application once more and do some needful to get it.
