My name is rabi chandra nayak, my hdfc account no [protected]

I have an saving account in hdfc bank brahmapore - odisha branch

When i checked my account statement, i see the transactios of rs 5188.96 deducted from my bank account in the name of inter-brn cash chg incl gst and rs.1415.99 in the name for amb that just for 1 month while maintaining amb.

I tried calling the telephone banking but there is no options to speak to customer care.

I am surprised to see how the nationalized bank do such things without prior information to customer. Also this is too big a amount to charge.

    I had a hdfc children's double benefit plan (Policy number: 315420) with hdfc life, which matured on 09th feb, 2019. The total matured amount was inr 2, 48, 072 (Two lac fourty eight thousand and seventy-two only). I got a call from hdfc benefit payout cell – they insisted me to start another policy named hdfc life sanchay and i agreed. New policy number is 21419320 and annual premium inr 31, 499 (Thirty one thousand four hundred ninety nine only). I have received the new policy document along with first premium receipt. The outstanding amount of inr 2, 16, 573 (Two lac sixteen thousand five hundred and seventy-three only) was supposed to be transferred to my savings account.
    Unfortunately, two weeks passed, i have not received that amount despite several reminders through emails, whatsapp and calls. Instead of that i am getting series of calls asking me to invest in additional policies. I have already explained them i need the amount urgently for my son’ admission in engg.
    I need your intervention to get back my own hard earning money. I have no confidence on the company and now want to discontinue with the new policy as well as another existing policy (Policy number: 315421). Please let me know in case you need any more information and suggest me the next step.

    On May 07, 2019 @15:14 hrs I received one message from AD-HDFCLI that beneficiary bank account details not submitted for the matured policy. I have forwarded the email thread (my communication with their benefit payout team) and cancelled cheque (which I had shared earlier and new policy got created using this details) immediately to their [protected]@hdfclife.com email id, as per instruction of the message.
    Waiting for the money to be transferred still.

      otp not received to international mobile number

      I am staying for a longer period abroad and my indian number was not going to be active.
      So i visited the nearest branch in india and updated my number to my international number after confirming from the bank that i can receive otps on my international number.
      However after coming over here i am not receiving any otps on my international number after multiple retries....

      Hi, my home loan account number[protected] and[protected], interest rates not changed after rbi cut off repo rate to.050% in (Feb-19 & apr-19 month). Interest rates still same from jan-19 month. When rbi increased repo rate, then banks increased interest rate with immediate effects, your policy should be same for both time.
      Again (4th april-19) also cut off repo rate.25%, so total.50% repo rate reduced by rbi, but hdfc not deceased interest rates. From april-18 to 1jan-19, banks increased 0.70% interest rate of my home loan.
      So please help to reduce my home loan rates

          I've made a purchase using hdfc debit card for an amout[protected] + 10900 + 799 + 1299) for amazon. All went well, but i had to cancel the order. I cancelled the order, a day later i got a message from hdfc citing

          Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 0639 for rs. 99900 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:09:51:53

          Similar messages for other amounts as well

          But i have not recieved the amount, it's not there in my bank statement

          After calling the phone banker multiple times, they either cut the call without giving an answer, or cite merchant as the culprit. I'm a little scared now, as i cannot afford to loose that amount

              Requesting to cancel the dd no-798615 (Which the transaction was not). So i want to cancel it. But the bank head of operation department don't listen my any word and refused to receive the cancellation application with the dd. He send to me the collection department but they told me that this type of work done only operation department. Last two month i have so many trouble to cancel about the dd.

                During the second week of nov'18 i received a call from garima (Mobile number [protected]) saying that there is a new medical policy from hdfc life in which i will get the reimbursement for opd medical bills above rs 1000 and total amount being rs 300, 000. She shared some of the bills given to her by different policy holders. She mentioned that medical policy is going to be for five years and since there is year end offer going on so i if i purchase another policy hdfc sanchay then medical policy will come for free. So total benefits which she mentioned are
                Medical policy (Rs 400, 000 limit for a year) for five years for four family members for which adhaar card details of all family members are provided, additional one lakh cover add if i got this policy enrollod withing first week of dec'18
                30% discount / cash back which will come after three months of policy issue
                All the above points were confirmed by manish (Mobile number [protected]) who introduced himself as manager in hdfc life cp barakhamba branch who got all my relevant document collected.

                Once i got the policy registered on 5th dec 2018 after that i got full body checkup during third week of dec'18 and submitted the bills worth rs 2000 to her. Since then i have been continuously chasing them they said that reimbursement will happen in 15-30 days.

                The agents garima and manish have asked me not to talk about both the policies and premium over the confirmation call as it is not allowed to sell the add on policy along with premium however since this is year end offer so that's why these are being given however separate confirmation calls will come. Also they told me that hdfc life associates which call for confirmation aren't aware about these offers because these calls come from different either mumbai or chennai and are asked to get confirmation from policy holder for single policy and these additional offers will get cancelled if they came to know about these. However they said that i will receive three seperate calls for each of the additional benefit i was fine that i got three calls from hdfc life.

                For the medical policy, 30% premium and sanchay policy i received a three separate call confirmation call from hdfc life respectively one for medical, another for sanchay and third for premium. Since these calls were coming directly from hdfc life and they were having all the details so i find everything correct.

                I said that i cant take this policy as you are asking me not to speak about total benefits, for this they told me that i will receive three calls which i received
                One for medical which i received and the person confirmed all the family members details which i provided to them
                Second call for sanchay in which they reconfirmed the policy terms
                Third for 30% premium confirmation that will come in my through neft on 5th mar-19 which is after three months of policy

                However to my astonishment even after confirmation calls till date i have received neither of the below
                Medical policy or medical card
                30% premium which was due after three months from policy issue
                Medical expense of rs 2000 which i spend as they told me that i will get reimbursement

                After so many calls in the month of jan'19 for medical policy there is no policy which i received. I submitted the cancellation request to manish on 22 jan'18 that i don't want to continue with the policy as neither have received any hard copy of policy or medical reimbursement. He agreed and during first week of feb'19 i got another call from hdfc wherein they said that there will be cancellation charges of rs 1700 and entire amount will be refunded in 45 days of time. Since then i have been continuously chasing for the amount but i didn't receive any amount yet.

                I got another call from hdfc life for delivering hard copy of the document however i asked them not to deliver as i have submitted the request for cancellation however to my surprise they delivered it to dhobi near my house and you can confirm this by seeing the name and phone number of ram kumar dhobi on the delivery receipt. Which means by any means you will deliver the policy to client even if he is saying no.

                Since apr'19 i have contacted many hdfc life agents for this and visited the branch but getting no resolution.

                Kindly close this policy and refund my amount rs 40000 for policy and rs 2000 for medical expense for which bills are already submitted else i will approach the consumer court or file a police complaint regarding the fraud done by hdfc life if the amount is not refunded.

                Also please comeback with saying that you didn't find any proper as you are already aware about these frauds and will file complaint against hdfc life in consumer court and will file a police complaint as well.

                  We take this opportunity to clarify that if you are using any Domestic Lounge visits using priority pass then same will be charged at the US $27 + GST as applicable effective from 25th May 2017. We wish to inform you that lounge access updates are intimated to the customer's vide Estatements / Bank's website. The website was also updated in the month of March 2017. Charges will be billed to your credit card statement within 90 days of Lounge visit. Any lounge visits out of priority pass network will be chargeable as per the discretion of the respective lounges.

                    I had booked fastag for my car through hdfc bank on april 6th 2019. I have not received the fastag till date.in their website they publish a tat of 1 week. But even after a month i have not received the fastag even after paying the full amount f ₹1000 1 month earlier. There is no follow up from the team or calls made to update the customer. The worst customer care provided by the bank. The license for issuing fastag by hdfc needs to be revoked.

                        Hello sir/madam,

                        I'm herewith raising a concern with reference to my wife's hdfc credit card number : [protected] and card holder: ashwini d. She has already closed this card through hdfc banking procedures. The above mentioned card number has got expired on apr-2018, and she has not collected a new cc instead raised a request to close the credit card at respective bank.

                        But, we recently received a credit card statement which says that the card is not closed. Requesting you to kindly help in the regard to close the card.

                          I applied for house loan in pondicherry hdfc bank.
                          I am working in dubai.
                          I complete my house 70%. I need to finish my house. Opening date june 14. So i came from dubai on march 2 and apply bank loan. I clearly mentioned that i don’t have approval. Only ppa. Need only 7 lakhs. All documents given. They deduct 12000. They send offer letter also. I paid 28000 for documents registered. Still now i not get my loan. Why it’s delayed.
                          If not approved u have to inform before.
                          Not after 2 months.
                          Money and time wasted.

                            I recently have a call from hdfc and they explains about one assist plan for my card. During conversation i convey her that i had only low amount in my card so i don't want to activate it now but she said that i will deducted from your buffer limit so it doesn't affect your current limit anyway we will convert it into 3 emi. If it doesn't affect i said it's ok. After that i wish to deactivate the plan so i raise a query and it will be deactivated. I don't know that they debit ₹1899 from my credit card it leads to negative balance and additionally they deduct gst, cgst, overlimit deduction and smartemi processing fee now it will be around 2000. I didn't get any information about the deduction of those things and it's really difficult to accept that they give a wrong information about the plan how will i know about those deductions. After deactivated statement shows that ₹1899 is credited but still in negative balance. Am perfectly maintaining my creditscore because of those things it will affect. Please resolve it as soon as possible. My hdfc credit card ends with 1836 and my deactivated one assist relationship number is 6849845.

                                I am a privileged customer of hdfc bank for 10 years. I was away from country for 2 months during that time i missed to pay credit payment. They hold my entire fund in my account and made all my emi to get bounced. It was so frustrating and i couldn't access my account as well.

                                  I neither went to bank nor made an online request for the bank statement, still band debit my account by 118.00 rupess for adhoc stmt charges, kindly request you to please revert back my 118.00 rupees else I have to make complaint to RBI bank omberdsmen ... There is not rule that bank can deduct any charges from customer account without being informed... Branch person also got give any response on it... They say talk to customer care and customer care dont have any answer for that ...

                                    Dear team,

                                    This is complaint where I have purchased a HDRFC ergo policy via policy bazaar & I raise d request for cancellation of policy because of genuine reason i.e. my mother(insurer) has expired in start of year. I have paid 2 years premium for policy ni.[protected]

                                    I requested for refund me 2nd year premium as year not started & patient no more...They should reverse that advance premium that i paid, but they denied it frankly nomatter I pasid premium for 3, 5, 10 years…
                                    I got email that that “insurer have declined the request for refund as claim has been reported under your insurance policy number[protected] due to which policy can be cancelled and but cannot be processed for Refund”
                                    This is totally unsatisfactory & not clear to me, seems unjustified.

                                    Can yoy enlighten where it is written that if a person pay premium for 2 years, 5 years, 10 years. .If he makes claim in 1st years, next years premiun would be adjusted & no refund for suceeding years.Why a person should pay premiun for years where the person do not exist. I wish a refund of 2nd year premium due to genuine reason it is running 1st year & my mother expired in start of 1st year.
