I have mailed many times but no resolution provided to me even i have paid whole amount with late payments so i also requested to close my credit card and provide me the noc but they saying mail us from your registered email id but from the beginning you guys registered the wrong email id an alphabet correction made that email id wrong but you are taking it so easy and main thing i never received a single statement on my email still i paid all amount and now i am asking for a noc or removing the settlement flag from my cibil then no any response they giving.     My hdfc fastag application number is hfr043127 dated 03/04/2018.
    I have received the fastag through post but still have not received any wallet id number or welcome email from hdfc.
    How can i recharge and activate my fastag account without the wallet id or login details. Please respond i am hdfc customer from past 6 years now. The toll free number is always not reachable. Please help.

      I applied for a hdfc personal loan as i was in an urgent need of a loan by calling phone banking and registering a request for a callback. After 2 days i got a call from hdfc from mumbai loan dept (Phone no [protected]) and she confirmed my address, income, and many things etc and told me i am eligible for a personal loan and submitted all my documents to a marketing name of ravi and then within 1 day i recieved a message on my cell that congratulations!! Your personal loan application is accepted, then in the next 1 week all kind of verifications were done i. E office verification, residence and also on phone. Then when i didnt get any reply i called loan dept and they told me it's rejected because no reason. So guys please please do not ever trust hdfc executive words. They are cheaters!!!

        Respected sir i have an salary account in your bank. I am a govt. Employee. It's about now about three months a i have applied for a debit card. The card is issued by ur head office at hdfc dehra branch in himachal pradesh on my name. Yet this debit card is not issued to me. I have visited branch two times they said they have sent this card on my address by registered letter. The card number is 5129xxxxxxxx5179. It's long time i have not received that card. This is active. I think they r doing this to harras me. Please do this. This is related to my salary account. I am now going to change my salary account to another bank at sbi. Please give me permission online. Thi is ur behaviour to a govt employee. Disgusting.

            My name is sanjai kulkarni pune

            My account is with sahakar nagar branch. My customer id is 9933069.

            I am using reward debit card bearing no 4059 xxxx xxxx 3731.

            The bank has credited 792.5 reward points on my account. This has been done in first week of april. I do not the basis of same. I understand that they take 90 + days from the end of calendar month in which the qualified transaction has been done. I assume that the transaction done till december end has been considered for reward point calculations.

            I have purchased the air tickets in their smart buy compare and fly scheme in january worth 10k +. The promised cashback was 10%. I was expecting the credit of the same by beginning of may. But there is no such credit done till this date.

            Time and often i am buying fuel from bpcl pumps whose swipe machines are from hdfc. I get promptly the 0.75% credit within 48 hours. I am happy about it. The promise is to the tune of 5% cash back.

            If bank takes the note if they, my request is to let me know

            1) email id where i can take up the issue on month to month basis.

            2) standard rules to derive the reward points and rules to credit it my accounts.

                  I'm using hdfc credit card visa platinum solitaire intl with number ending as *0384. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged an amount 1399 rs. With out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted from my credit card account.
                  Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.

                  And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                  Kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and refund rs.1399 to the credit card as soon as possible.

                      Completely dissatisfied with hdfc bank, as i had closed the locker on 20 april 2019, they debited rent amount from my account of 1st may 2019;.

                      Need the charge reversed. Completely dissatisfied with services of the bank as it is getting terrible. What kind of bank is it and also no proper response. The branch has no phone number and it only provides ivr and no number to contact branch

                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4336 without my concern on date:26/04/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                          I am rahul verma. Before i have a hdfc credit card. 5459*9194. Before one year i pay already my credit card outstanding amount in 5 instalments. Then now i am not in india. After one year they email to me you have outstanding amount 12535. Then how can i say to then i pay already they never send to me any particular person contant number or email. Who handle my case/ file. Then i don't know now what i do. This is for me very big problem. Why means i pay already. Then i want to contact with hdfc. They never in my contact. After they increase outstanding every month. I pay already then i have no dues certificate i attached with this complaint.

                            Hello,

                            I have paid and applied for my fastag with hdfc bank - insolutions global on 8th april 2019. I received an email confirmation on the 15th of april 2019. I have also emailed my kyc document on the same day of 15th april 2019. Till now i have got no reply from hdfc fastag. When i called on their toll-free number no ([protected]) they tell it will be delivered in 10 days / next week. They are not giving any status or any date of delivery. Till now i have got no call from hdfc about it. The reminder emails are not even opened by the insolutions team as i am tracking emails through mailtrack. I have sent several emails on following email id: fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com

                            I need to know the status of my fastag application.

                              Please note that the hdfc bank is the fraud bank who have charged me end number of money even if i have paid back all the money for products i purchased. They have charged me with huge amount of 40000 on the credit card as late payment fees for no reason. This is a case of scamming and fraud as well as bulling of people to get extra money. This is the worst bank i came across with. Please help me understand how could i file a case against such fraud company to send load of theifs to my house to kill me and try to harrass me on the phone through abusive words. Never purchase a credit card from the private bank, they are big time # to make other person suicide for no reason

                                I have a hdfc credit card ending 7931. My card has been debited an amount of rs.2599/- on 20.03.2019 in the name of one assist mfee without any prior intimation or consent.
                                I am not interested in this subscription for one assist mfee.
                                Hence, i request that the deducted amount may be refunded as soon as possible and cancel the subscription of my card to one assist mfee.
                                Also, do not deduct any amount from my card without prior intimation or consent.

                                        My name is parminder kaur i am 60 years old i am taking help of my sons for filling a complaint i was using the credit card of hdfc bank from last few months it was i diners card i was not happy with it because it is not useful for me. So i decided to close the card and called the customer care to college my card in feb i made the full payment as told you the executive as i was sure i don't want cc any more now after two months they are sending me a bill of rs. 1173.00 again by saying this is your due amount. As i already closed the card so we're this 1173 came from as per them it is the late fee and other charges as entrust but my point is untrustworthy for what and what late fee as i already made all the payment before 16 feb my bill generating date was 18th every month it not only for real. 1173.00 it is a clear harassment for me in this age i can't walk to the bank everyday. Or argue them over the phone for the noc. As the simply denied to give noc. I am afraid if i pay this amount again they will make some more charges and serve in front of me in few months
