[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card wrong transaction | |||||
Dear sir, I am using a credit card of hdfc bank.in july month statement they added a false transaction of rs. 472.98 at mops-sbc-cr-card-g mumba. Now when i said that this transaction is not done by me they are refusing it. They are also not providing the transaction details. When i investigate about transaction it was done at passport/visa office but i have never done this. They are also not refunding the money for said false transaction. Please help me to get transaction details/refund of money. When i check the online consumer complaints there are many complaints regarding this transaction. This is totally fault by bank. Verified Support Aug 23, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We infer from your mail that you are not in agreement towards the transaction of Rs. 472.98 at M/s. MOPS-SBC-CR-CARD-G MUMBA IND. As confirmed in our mail, we request you to contact our Phone Banking officer at[protected] to block and reissue the card.
