Hello when i'm trying to login to my credit card portal it's saying the following:- your request cannot be processed temporarily. We regret the inconvenience caused. Actually my card lost a year back and i hotlisted it, due to i had outstanding so i couldn't get the card delivered to my home address. Now i've cleared all the due payments still can't access online portal nor i can get in touch with the contacts number give by bank. Can you please look into this as soon as possible. Nor I've received last month's statement. I also want to update the delivery address and want the new card to get delivered at my permanent address. Please do the needful. Didn't receive last month's statement where I made 53537 rupees of payment nor I can check the statement of their website. May I know the reason of behaving like these? When they approach to you to sell their products like credit cards they pretend to be so respectful & polite but if you miss a month's payment due to any financial crisis or situations like that they becomes your nightmare. Yeah it's true even they threat that they'll send people to your house to collect whatever resources you have against their payment. So terrible experience by the way.
