Please help me to get my excess money back (Paid to cc) which was supposed to done on my jumbo loan but its mistakenly done on my credit card (No [protected]) on the misguidance of your customer care representative and my rm ms akanksha sharma, who sits at hdfc south extn part ii branch and now she don't even bothered to pick my call. I am continuously following this matter since day one after the first mail i sent on 18/09/2019, but zero progress i found. Just few reference numbers. Every time, whenever i call (On[protected] and write (On customer services. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) they provide fresh reference number without closing previous.
Reference numbers are:
1) [protected] generated on 30/09/2019,
2) [protected] on 10/10/2019
3) [protected] on 19/10/2019
And 2-3 more which were provided over the call. I lost them as i wrote them on a piece of paper and didn't keep them safe because this kind o[censored]nprofessionalism was not expected from a reputed bank like yours. But i think 3 reference numbers are already exceeds their limit for one matter.
And on every reference number i was asked to wait for 7-10 working days and i did that also. But no result.
Since festive season is on, i have to give back their money on urgent basis and obviously i cant pay them back with out getting this money as i have no other source and its a huge amount (After deduction of this month cc bill, its rs. 2, 90, 407.72/-, earlier it was rs 3, 03, 412.47). I borrowed this money to pre - close my jumbo loan which i have already closed now. Now me and my lenders (Four o[censored]s) are not even able to maintain our minimum balance and diwali is on our head.
