[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Customer didn't get his policy bond | |||||
Sir, I am an employee of hdfc life pathankot. Sir we had a customer named (Rajesh kumar luthra). He bought an insurance policy from our branch of hdfc life pathankot. So his policy bond was sent blue dart. Awb no.- [protected] and date of dispatch - 30/09/2016. Customer mobile no.- [protected]. Sir your employees communicated with him. They said to customer that sir we shall deliver you your bond but they didn't does the same and they sent policy bond back to origin. Sir now i am facing a great problem to produce it again. Alternatively, he may also submit his complaint via letter duly signed by him (customer) to our branch for addressing his complaint at the earliest.
