HDFC Bank — Dc intl pos txn markup charge

I was recently charged an amount of INR 826 for a txn I did not do. It's mentioned as DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP +ST. I did not use my card anywhere and neither did any txn.. Why was I charged with this amount. please refund the amount and check into it.
