I purchased a mobile of rs 14999/- from flipkart on 13/2/18 on hdfc bank debit card emi option, (Debit card last 4 digit numbers are 8287) after few minutes i cancelled the order and flipkart refund the full amount (Inr14999/-) in my account (Flipkart mail screen shot is attached) with transiction reference numer[protected].
But after that i was regularly received massage from hdfc bank that-
"dear customer, stmt for hdfcbank debit card emi loan [protected] is generated.
Amt due is rs 1360.87. Emi due of rs 1360.87 will be debited on 05/mar/2018
I contacted on hdfc phone banking, they were assuring me that yours amount is refunded on 14/2/18 and no emi will be debited from yours account. And these massages are system generated massage and please ignore that. I requested her to take the complaint regarding that but she said that we cant take any complaint for this.
Hdfc phone banking system is very poor in all manner, it is taking very long time to connect with executive, and suddenly they put the call on mute, any many times they disconnect the call (After that will send a message that it’s a network issue).
I was regularly touch with flipkart, they sent me link and ask to raise a complaint on hdfc complaint portal and on 18/02/18 i raise the my first complaint (Complaint no[protected]
But as on date there is no any solution from bank end, every time they responded that we are working on it, and once it get resolved we will intimate you.
On 05/03/18 my first emi of rs 1360.68 debited from my account, i paied the emi for the item which i never purchsed.
I raised other 2 complaints also but there is no any solution. All the mail conversation is attached for yours reference.
I visited hdfc gt road r k nagar branch also and meet with miss akansha mehrotra in this regards, she sent a mail for this matter to her seniors and hdfc online support, i ask him to give me a copy for that mail he said that it’s a internal mail conversation, so we can, t give you copy of that and she ask me to resolve this matter and ask me to visit after 3-4 days, once again i visited the hdfc branch on 09/03/18. She said that she not get any response of this mail, she talked on phone banking, and ask them to register a complaint, but they not register complaint, again she ask me to visit after 2-3 days.
Sir still iam not getting with any solution from hdfc bank, now iam fed up.
Please take a action on my complaint and resolve the matter, cancel the emi and refund my emi amount with the compansation.
