HDFC Bank — Debit Card not received after 10 days of account opening

Hi Team,
I received the Welcome kit of HDFC bank containing the cheque book on 2nd Aug2021.

Customer ID:[protected]

However, it has been more than 10 days and I havent received the Debit Card and pin yet.
Due to this reason, I am unable to perform any online/POS transaction using the HDFC account. Currently the account is of no use.
I have been trying to followup with HDFC bank since last few days but no positive response received.
Please help.

Hi Zubin,

I have not received any update on the issuance of Debit Card yet. I request the HDFC team to just get the Debit Card issued and provide me the tracking number if the Card has been issued and dispached.

Another issue with HFDC Bank is that with each update from HDFC the resolution date keeps on delaying. Initially I got an email with resolution date of 13thAug then another one with resolution date of 16thAug and after that with 17th Aug and finally now 18thAug (in this update from Zubin).

The account was opened on 31st July and it has been close to 15days and I have not update on the issue of Debit Card and cannot use Net Banking because of the same.
If a Debit card is taking close to a month to be issue, what it says about the Customer Service of HDFC Bank?
Till now it has not been satisfactorily.

My complaint is not yet resolved by HDFC Bank even after a week after complaining on the forum.

I have not yet received the Debit Card.
