[Resolved] HDFC Bank — debit card not received

Before few weeks I got a call from HDFC customer care and the person said authorized payment is done from my account and need to block my card. and the person blocked my card.
after that, I went to HDFC bank 2-3 times to get instant card as it is necessity to have a card now days, the branch told me that they have shortage of such cards and they didn't have cards.
as per Pimpri branch suggestion i went to the my home branch, bavadhan branch to request for new card. it is been more than a month but I haven;t receive the card yet. I don't have any customer care number, and people in the branches reacts like cases for debit card are like useless for them, they never treated me well or gave me correct solution. I have visited branches 3 to 4 time to check the status.
till now I haven't receive the Card.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We wish to state that debit card for your account ending 8012 is sent to your mailing address through Bluedart Courier vide airway bill number [protected] on 21-Dec-18. You may look forward to receiving the same shortly. Kindly write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com in case you do not receive the card within 4 working days.
