dedication of nwd decchg charges thrice

In my account i am being charged for nwd decchg charges and the amount is 29.50 rs thrice on the same date ie 13/12/18.
Although it is my salary account and no such deduction was informed to me. As per rules there should not be any such deduction for use in other bank atm as i have not exceeding the transaction limit as well

I am really unhappy with this unprofessional behaviour....

      My cc was due to be shipped today by blue dart.
      No one called or visited.
      They updated the status to consignee not available.
      Please tell me when will blue dart deliver my courier
      All they say on the phone is that you didn't pick the call though in reality no one ever came.

      I called they twice and they assured me that my cc would be delivered today.

      But it hasn't been so.

      I'm not the first person with whom blue dart is doing such tricks.

        I had purchased an samsung s9 mobile using hdfc cashback offer on 21/08/2018 from HELLO mobile store.
        The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 120 days yet i have not receive the cashback. none of the local hdfc branches are helping me on this. they either say they have no idea about this or keep telling it will get refunded.
        Its sad for a bank like HDFC to treat their customers this way.

          Dear Sir,
          In context with the Loan account # 44230811, In November 2017 i failed to pay the EMI on time i got a call from your 3rd party collectors stating and i quote "Sir, aapane payment miss ki hai, aap ek kaam karo next month bhi mat karna aur usake baad bhi mat karna. Hum fir khud nikal leinge". Due to this statement i knowingly bounced this EMI amount throughout my loan tenure with complaints done on the customer care helpline. Now this October which was my last EMI month i cleared all my dues in regards with compleating my loan for the tenure i opted for. There was an outstanding of Rs 8602 on which 50% amount was waived off and the amount of Rs 4301 was paid and the loan completion letter was shared to me stating the same. Sir, it has been almost 2 months following up with your bank officials still no actions has been taken i have shared my concerned at [protected]@hdfcbank.com but haven't received any feedback, tried calling customer care number they gave me the number of Ms Meenal sethi @[protected] still no response.I have been following up with you guys from past 2 months now I would request your prompt assistance on the same and as a feedback would like to acknowledge the fact that your employees are very rude, non responsive towards customers. Awaiting your response at the earliest.

            I received an SMS today around 1:30 pm, which writes as:

            "Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to INDIA BULLS HOUSING FINANCE LTD with value Rs. 33500.00 and frequency MNTH is received today for processing. In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

            I had applied for home loan in INDIABULLS but I have been making payments from other account and I am not using my HDFC Bank Account anymore.

            I would request hdfc bank to immediately stop all processing related to message.

                  The debit entries in your savings account(s), which shows transaction, have been made using the debit card, CVV & OTP. The said transaction is incumbent on the CVV number, which is essential for operating the card. The said CVV number is privy only to the customer and except the customer, nobody else can access the Card and withdraw funds/transaction without the knowledge of the customer. Further, the said CVV needs to be kept discreetly by the customer without the same being shared with any person or persons as it may result in the Debit Card being misused. The misuse of the Debit Card transaction happens without a possible compromise of PIN / CVV number. Based on the above information provided, the bank will not be able to bear the liability for the disputed transactions. We are however ready to offer our support by providing details of transactions, date, time, locations and all such data that could be useful for any investigation/ natural progression of the case.                         I have recently took property insurance[protected] which i recently wish to close but really surprised to see uncooperative attitude of the people who have been handling my request.

                        I have been made visit thrice and more premise in spite making the payment for closure and to top it all. I have been asked to get the noc of the same after 10-15 working days where as the bank is built with superior technology support.

                        I regret taking a facility with your esteemed bank and seek the support of superiors/seniors to kindly get me the noc by 21st december.

                        Else, because of this mental harassment will be forced to take up the matter with banking ombudsman and national housing board.

                          I do not have the card number handy right now.

                          I have already informed the collection executive from hdfc bank that i will pay the amount after 25th dec, today i. E., 20th dec i got call from [protected], i told him i will pay after 25th december, he stated he will send executive now and i need to pay right away, i refused it and told him i can't do it, then he said he will inform my parents, i said its ur wish, then finally he asked is the bank ur dad's property.. I had to scold him but after that he started abusing me and told me that i am a beggar and etc i can't describe what all words he used.

                          I do have the recordings with me, he threatened me very badly. I want to lodge a complaint against him and file a case as well.

                          I do not know why do the bank hire such people. If you have the possibility to check my account details please do. I know i have missed many payments, i am in very badly financial situation, but whenever i had money i paid it and couple of months back i had paid 15000 as well, i am only paying interest everytime. I have requested many executives or persons who call me for payment asking if this can be waived but no one bothered all they wanted was payment and there own target to be achieved.

                            My credit card ending with 8807 transaction was failed and reswiped but money got deducted twice.

                            The amount was deducted from my account at that time, but the transaction was not processed. Please do your best for return of my amount.

                              My name is chandamika das from assam. Dist. Bongaigaon. My hdfc bank branch is in bongaigaon chapaguri road. I sent a letter on 15.11.2018 alongwith closing form to hdfc bank credit card division 8 lattice road thiruvanmiyur chennai to permanently close my credit card.                                 Hi,

                                As per advertisement it is shown that 5 % cash back will be provided in case of purchase from tanishq showroom and payment made through hdfc debit card & credit card.

                                I have purchased jewelry from tanishq showroom gold souk gurgaon on 25th august 2018 with hdfc debit card for rs 54145. And eligible to get 5 % refund.

                                But proper information is not provided by the vendor and also in hdfc advertisement when such refund will be credited in account.

                                  Your NetBanking account is fully functional. You need your NetBanking User Id & IPIN (Password) to login to your NetBanking account. Your NetBanking User Id is same as your Customer ID (Customer ID is a part of your welcome letter issued at the time of account opening or account statement. You can even contact your branch to know your Customer ID). In case, you do not remember your IPIN, you can reset your IPIN. Steps for NetBanking Password(IPIN) Regeneration: Visit www.hdfcbank.com, - > enter your customer ID -> click on forgot IPIN (password) : Please select one of the two mediums for authentication, to regenerate your IPIN (NetBanking Password) and enter the Security Check text in the box provided and click "Continue". Authentication with One Time Password (OTP) sent on your registered mobile number and your Debit Card details. OR Authentication with One Time Passwords (OTPs) sent on your registered mobile number and e-mail ID. The facility of online IPIN reset using OTP sent on registered mobile number and e-mail is currently not being extended to senior citizen. Please follow below steps to place request through alternate modes: · Call any of our Phone Banking numbers along with your valid Telephone Identification Number (TIN) and submit your request for a new IPIN. · Visit any of our Bank ATMs and submit your request for regenerating your IPIN. Steps to be followed at any HDFC Bank ATM: a. On the Main screen, select "other option" b. On the next screen, select "Register for NetBanking" c. On selection of this option, please confirm the request . Send / submit the request form, duly filled, to any of our branches. You can either download an application form from our web site http://www.hdfcbank.com or have it collected it from any of our branches. Effective 1st July 2015, physical IPIN re-generation through branches will be charged at Rs 100 per request. Once your application is received and found to be in order, a NetBanking IPIN will be generated and sent to your address on record within a maximum of 8 working days. On receipt of your IPIN (Password), you can access your NetBanking Account with your unique Customer ID and IPIN.                                     I have been using HDFC Credit card for over two years. My card has been blocked by the bank few months back without providing any proper notice. \

                                    When I contacted the customer care, they mentioned I have used my credit card for 'Certain International Trasnactions'. When I checked my statement for the said period, I could see it was used in 'iqoption' app. The transaction itself was made by mistake by me. Upon installing the app they needed to add money of $10, which i was simply trying but got accepted by the bank without any authentication (CVV/OTP).
                                    There was no response from the bank team no matter how many times I contacted them. They always replied with the same message.

                                    I tried applying for a new card after several months. The application was rejected by the bank and seems I am permanently blacklisted. There is no assistance from bank's side. This all for a transaction of such low value.

                                    They doesn't hear the feedback from customer's side. They have blacklisted me without going through my usage/repayment history. I have never missed a due date of payment and still this application has affected my cibil score. I don't know what the corrective measures are the HDFC has for no reason messing with my credit score. Very poor response from HDFC Team.
