[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — debit/credit card delivery

It feels very frustrated that though enrolled with one of the best private bank of india, have to experience a very bitter experience. Henceforth, asking you to give justification of following two matters :
Matter-1
Since my credit card is getting expired in dec-2018, i was intimated by hdfc that the new card will be issued and the shipping details were also shared with me. However, as my new address was not updated with hdfc bank, the bank has sent the card to the old address and then i received the message from bluedart that the card has been delivered to me. How is it possible that i can receive the card from the place which is approximately 400 kms from me?
Hence, i had a word with hdfc and customer care executive advise me to blocked my newly issued credit card. Hence i did so.
Pathetic experience!!!

Matter-2:
I was intimated my hdfc that new debit card is issued and is dispatched via blue dart and is sent to my permanent address. The delivery boy called me on 14/11/2018 as my home was locked, i told him to deliver the card on 15/11/2018 as i was out of town and would reach late night on 14/11/2018. The delivery boy denied to do so and compelled me to collect the card from the blue dart office after 11:00 a. M and told me to come with the id proof and also told me that if the card is not collected from the office, bluedart will send the card to hdfc and won't be delivered to me. Moreover,
I received the message from blue dart stating that "since i am not living at this address anymore, blue dart has intimated hdfc bank that the card could not be delivered"
How is it possible that your delivery partner knows that i am not living at this place???

As i was compelled to go the office of blue dart, i went there on 15/11/2018 along with the id proof after 11:00, and the real picture begins here. The lady very rudely denied to issue the card and told me that the blue dart never tells to collect the hdfc card from the office and when i resisted she started shouting at me!!!
I told him that the delivery boy forced me to collect the card from the blue dart office that's why i came to collect the card, otherwise i am not having any interest in collecting any card from a place 10 kms away. I told her to call the manager of the branch, she did so. And the manager along with the other staff members of the branch started shouting at me, like i am a criminal. When i resisted strongly and told them all the voice recording of the delivery boy is recorded with me, they agreed and told me that in any case the card won't be handed over. I also told that i will raise the complain, in that case the staff members of blue dart told me that "you raise the complain anywhere you want, you want be able to make any difference to us" and compelled me to get out of the office.
Need to know, is it amenable for you that the customers of hdfc bank suffer through such a bitter experience, because of the partners of hdfc?
