Dear sir,
I have been holding the account in your bank from last 4 years. But its very sad to say that, i am very unhappy with your service.
On 23rd oct 2018, rs.27100 has been debited from my account without my knowledge. According to the message i received, the transaction was executed via phonepe app and i lodged a complaint in the bank on the same day. (Complaint number mump[protected]). After several follow up from the bank, bank informed me that the money cannot be refunded as the otp was shared by me. When i clearly stated in the complaint that the otp has not been shared by me as i have not received any otp message from your bank.
I request you to please address my complaint and do a proper investigation on the same.

    Team,

    I have been a HDFC customer for more than six years now and for the first time i am highly disappointed the way team has been working on my loan application. I have sent several follow up emails but did not receive response for any of them. I have also spoke over phone to couple of people and they give me layman excuses when i ask about my Loan processing Status. This is highly intolerable and not at a professional level work environment. I regret for choosing HDFC for my Home loan.

    I have lost my patience now it been a month since i applied. if this team fails to respond to my email ASAP, i will escalate this complain further to the higher authorities.

      I am l devisree, i got an offer form hdfc bank regarding credit card, as such i was not interested in it but still i looked into the offers and they gave me offer for money back life time free card. I applied for the same and got the card within two weeks. When i received mu credit card it was not the samw which i applied for, it was regila and the name in the credit card was also printed incorrectly.
      I tried to approach the bank executives through the toll number but did not get any response from there side.
      I am really disappointed by the services the bank is providing.
      I would like to either discard the card immediately or want a replacement as soon as possible.

        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2599/- from my credit card number ending with 1630 without my confirmation of renewal on date:03/11/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2599/-

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 4893xxxxxx3704without my authorization.

          I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

            got refund with arn number. but not credited amount to my bank account

            I got two refund with arn number from aliexpress.com on the dates[protected] and[protected]. But amount is not credited to my account. Also tried to contact hdfc customer care service not responding. Arn number is below for each refund :

            Kindly help on this issue..

            Pension loan sanctioned but not disbursed stating door locked. This is not the way to not disburse the amount. If door locked means let them contact flat secretaries or neighbours. I have provided all the detsils tobhdfc bank. But you people are quite and harassing the customer does not sound good. Take immediate steps.

                I extremely unsatisfied customer now... I have purchased a hdfc super income plan.
                Insurance money was charged twice. I have reached out to the person who helped me purchase the plan.
                They have been stalling me every single day stating money will be refunded, it has been more then a week.
                I have been patient enough due to diwali vacation but hdfc doesn't care about there customer.

                  So please check the fraud transaction & reverse my above amount.

                    Hi, myself piyush mathne and i am belongs to indore my credit card no [protected] has lost so i hot listed old card and i had sent an application by personal courier 2 times to your chennai branch for reissue the new card but it got rejected due to signature mismatch. Since i have taken your card 1 years back i forgot the signature but nobody is helping me about what is procedure to verify my old signature with your bank. And i was shocked when your phone banking executive advise me to apply for new card and nobody bother to resolve the dispute. And i have approx. 4000 points on my old card if you check my history with card i being loyal and good customers of yours for last 1 years, so please help me in this case

                          I had lost my food card and hence I blocked it. I was informed by the bank officails to apply for a new card and then they can transfer the remaining amount from my old card to the new card. But I am unable to apply for a new card since already a card exist on my Employee ID. Kindly let me know how to apply for a new card if already one card is available in same employee ID.

                            I made a transaction on Oct 5th with Incredible India of Rs.299/-. Transaction failed first time and I did not get the refund yet.

                                I have taken home loan from HDFC in March-2016, whenever there is a reduce in ROI they simply ask to pay 5900/- + taxes to get that low interest rate, whenever there is a rise in ROI it will get reflected immediately.
                                I have paid EMIs for almost 2.5 years-30 months, my actual loan term in 300 months, with recent rise in ROI, HDFC simply increased my tenure months with out any prior approval or intimation, with this my balance tenure period raised from 270 to 303 months, instead they can raise EMI amount on par with raised ROI but they are making us to pay EMIs for longer time and loot customers like any thing.
                                HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I have availed home loan from HDFC on June 2016 for Rs.18, 00, 000/-(Eighteen Lakhs) at an interest rate of 9.4% under VARIABLE RATE – MONTHLY scheme. Last one and half (1 ½) year bank has charged the same interest even though the interest rate has gone down to 8.4% from later October 2016) due to which I lost Rs.60, 000/- (Sixty Thousand)
                                  When I approached the bank last month (July 2018) they informed to submit form for conversion of rate. I opted for Variable rate, what is the meaning of Variable rate - ( the reduced interest could have been given by the bank or could have taken steps in this direction )
                                  Last 1 ½ years they charged at 9.4%. HDFC is known for sending various message frequently by sms, mail and why they did not informed such important information and sat quietly which has a huge impact on the consumer’s financial burden. If the interest rate is increased, will the bank charge the same lower rate of interest to the customers for the last 1 ½ years?. We know that the bank will charge the revised rate (increased rate) from the date of announcement without filling any form or charge. Here bank adopt effective mechanism to charge higher rate. Then why such methods are not used when rates are gone down?, and instead charge higher rates for years?
                                  My demand: I require the excess payment charged to be compensated by reducing the term of loan (9.4% to 8.4% - charged last 1 1/2 years)

                                  Please advise how to proceed this and get this amount.

                                    Sir,
                                    I have redeemed my reward points (redemption order number [protected], item wildcraft pencil pouch) of my cards on[protected] and redemption charges of rs. 99 plus GST was charged on my card as redemption charges. Till now, the redemption product has not been delivered to me in spite of many emails, reminders and phone calls. In this regard Complaints vide reference numbers: [protected], [protected] and [protected] has been lodged to HDFC customer care senior desk but no action has been taken.
                                    More over i have been harassed so much by the bank and it has no communication channel. i didn't receive statements, priority passes or redemption products though i have opted for physical communication. Even emails and sms have not been send to me most of the time.i complaint this to HDFC but no action till date.

                                    Sir, please take strict action against HDFC as they are harassing me a lot.

                                      I bought a phone on poorvika mobiles on july 11th 2018 with my hdfc debit card with an offer of 5%cash back from hdfc. I still haven't received my cash back.
