Hello there

I received sms from hdfc bank 19/10/2018 that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this....

I didn't got any call from one assist regarding their plan renewal, but they charged me rs.1899 towards for one assist subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription and credit the amount back to my hdfc credit card ending with 8881, other wise cancel my credit card.

With deepest dissatisfaction and the hopelessnes, i am writing this complaint to let everyone know how hdfc bullies it's customers for getting a loan with their bank after paying so much of processing fee, mod, franking, notary, etc etc and hell lot of things that no bank asks, still even after providing you need to wait for ages for getting a loan sanctioned.

I'm sindhu vegi. My brother took a loan and unable to repay since he lost his job. Hdfc recovery people are calling me asking for his number. I gave it on 15th of october, 5pm.

She didn't tell me what her name is, she asked me to go to begumpet branch in hyderabad and asked me to pay in the first call. I told her that i gave my brother's phone number and asked her to talk to him.

There was a hold in my account and i could see the hold even after i did the payment. I had made a payment on last friday and the bank representative made sure that the hold will be revised in 1 day. I am a hdfc customer since 2010 and initially i opened my account as a salary account. I am a nri since 2014 and hence this bank account is no longer my salary account. My name is anup, my old company has opened my hdfc salary account in 2012, but after i left that company, it was difficult to handle that account as it was of other state and depositing money was through cheque only, which was of no use in case o[censored]rgent requirement of transfer of money, so i didn't used that account, there is no single transaction in that account but i was shocked now as its showing rs -7800 in account.
