[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Deducted money without any reason.

Sir,
With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state i am a customer of hdfc bank .on 4/11/2020 i created an account in hdfc bank.my account number is -[protected].on 13/11/2020 Rs- 236 is deducted from my account.when i saw my account statement it shows that Rs -236 is deducted for debit card issuance fees.i hereby declared that i was got this debit card when i created my account.than why Rs-236 deducted? I have neither lost my debit card nor i was applied for new debit card than why it happened? please help me and illustrate this matter.
